If you are looking for a hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable realtor in Central Florida, you…read moreMUST call the Bowens! We have personally used Dave to both sell a home and to buy a new home, and friends have used Christine to sell their home. Dave had an unending amount of patience with two very frustrating transactions. Our home sale was a short sale, and Dave truly went above and beyond to explain everything to us and to guide us through the process. When things started to go sideways, he immediately jumped in and did all he could to salvage the deal with the least amount of hassle to us. We truly couldn't have done it without him! When we were buying our new home a couple of years later, Dave took us to over forty houses, went through five offers, and one failed contract before we finally found the home of our dreams. None of this was his fault and was all a function of an extremely competitive market, and once again he guided us through every step of the process and even when we were ready to give up, he never stopped looking and provided recommendations. Christine has helped friends with their home sale, and they were thrilled as well. We recommend both Christine and Dave HIGHLY to anyone needing a realtor, to the point that I actually carry their business cards with me! Trust the Bowens - you won't be disappointed!

I had a property that I owned for twenty years. I was looking to sell and relocate. I asked around…read moremy circle of friends and two of them recommended Cliff. He called me and we set an appointment. He arrived on time (professional). We looked around and talked. He showed up with local listings in my area so we could have a jumping off point to set the price on the property. I finished up a few things that needed to be done. He listed the property and we promptly had a lot of interest. Less than a week later, we settled on a buyer (responsiveness). At no point during the entire process did we go more than a few days without talking. Cliff is an honest, upfront and straightforward person. Long story, long; my property sold for well above market value and in less than a month start to finish. (Quality). Cliff and his team of professionals are the most dedicated people I have had dealings with in a long time. I (can not say this enough), HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you to Cliff and his whole team, Tiffany, especially, for making my property selling experience one that I consider to be the gold standard. Buying or selling for myself now has an extremely high bar!

Awful, awful, awful. I listed my property with Kim Gordon as my seller's agent. She was pushy and…read morewanted nothing but to close the sale so she could get paid. Instead of supporting me during the process, she was behaving as if she was working for the buyer by trying to force me to give into all of the buyer's demands. I had to advocate for myself. I allowed her to do a showing over the weekend at my home. She had a habit of moving items in the house in order for it to "show better". She stuffed my brand new blender in a bottom cabinet and proceeded to break it. I called to ask her about and she denied it. There was no one in the house. Just be honest. We were scheduled to close and Kim asked if she could give the buyer the key to my house prior to the closing. I told her no. On the day of the closing I had to go back to the house because I forgot something and the buyer was already in the house-- before I signed any papers or received my funds. The level of disrespect was just outrageous. I could go on but this post would be too long. Don't let the "prestige" of this company fool you when they hire agents who behave like crooked car salesmen.
