H & W pulled it, sent it to be rebuilt with top-of-the-line parts and reinstalled it! She too now shifts like buttah! Thank you to the crew at H&W for your knowledge, good work, and service. My truck had a shake for a few YEARS that no one could figure out the cause of, I went to Chappelle because I noticed a cut on my tire and come to find out I had been driving on a bad tire with a broken belt that was brand new when I bought it (didn't buy it from them), they replaced it and she drives beautifully now! I won't take our vehicles anywhere else if it's something these guys can do! Great prices with service that you can honestly trust because they are all about doing what's right because they understand that it's the service that creates loyal customers who bring even more loyal business their way!

I would not recommend Lem's Truck & Auto to anyone! We took our truck to them after it had died on…read moreus on I44, after weeks of them having our truck we received no answers on what was going on with the truck but was told they could replace a part but that wasnt going to guarantee that it would work. Very soon after being told that they called us and told us the truck had been broke into and we needed to come pick it up. They told us it was our responsibility to fix the windows, ignition etc that was busted up but after asking them for video footage they decided to change their mind and said they would fix the window. We scheduled a tow truck to pick up the truck after the window people finished, when the truck arrived to our house we were surprised to find every piece they had taken off of the motor inside the truck just thrown in there. Several mechanics have told us they should have never done that and atleast put it back together. Putting the truck back together there were several missing parts that we had to pay for, and the "New" harness we paid for(through Lems) had several missing plugs. So in the end we paid a pretty penny to get NO answers, A truck that was broke into, and an engine with several missing parts and half the engine left in the cabin of the truck!! I highly recommend you NOT going here!

Every employee has a friendly face and present a friendly atmosphere. The work is also done in a timely manner with consistent updates along the way. It might cost a little more in the end, but you get what you pay for. I'm willing to pay a little for service that'll keep me on the road longer. My dad was an auto mechanic for decades. Up until his health declined, he was usually able to fix quite a few issues that occurred on his car or my car. Once he wasn't physically able to, he looked for a quality shop he could trust. He was a bit stubborn and picky with the service from the few other shops he went to before. I then took him to Complete for a repair when they were still on Kearney. From then on until he passed away, he would only let Complete work on his vehicle. To me, that says a lot coming from a former diesel mechanic that didn't trust many shops. Since then, Complete has always been honest, reliable, and reasonable when working with them. I've recommended them to a few coworkers that ended up taking their vehicles to them as well. I'll gladly continue to use their shop and recommended them to friends. Also, they have the cleanest customer waiting area I've ever seen at an automotive shop. It's another small thing that shows that they care. Take your vehicle here and you won't be disappointed with the experience.

I am from out of town and was visiting family in Springfield when my spouse's 2007 Jeep 5.7 Commander's starter died the day after Christmas. I called a few places who questioned my judgement (I have worked at a few shops, I maintainence my own Jeeps, I am not misinformed on an issue as simple as a starter) or had no time. I called Graham's and spoke with Kevin who is absolutely wonderful. I decided to have my work done with Graham's much in part to his willingness to speak to me as an equal, he was the friendliest person I'd heard from and how quickly he could get me in. In addition to the starter, they discovered the waterpump had recently blown its seal. (I had noticed just before having the vehicle towed that the coolant was low and assume it was my spouse not checking the fluids, as usual) It was warrantied through another shop in the Fort Leonard Wood area, though there was a snag with the labour cost. I asked to check it out and verify the leak before authorizing replacement and Kevin was happy to let me. He also worked with me on the warranty issue and I was rolling again ASAP. Super happy, thank you so much!
