She received an "unfavorable report" from another…read moreattorney...regarding unprofessionalism and lies...and concerning comments from agent 2, Social Services and Sheriffs...questionable actions regarding social security and funds received under false statements...lies and more lies...a special needs trust she created without the parent's knowledge, appointing a "special needs trustee/beneficiary" who is unknown and more than likely not in the best interest of the child...not to mention the amount she has taken...as another attorney stated "for what"... the child, is not benefitting from their assets and the trust is "Irrevocable"...the child, my daughter is suffering as a result...dirty actions...as other professionals have acknowledged. Has done nothing in the best interest of the child, however, has focused negative comments and actions against the one person that has advocated for the child, a retired 20 year military veteran, with...an impressive career to include two Pentagon tours and two NATO tours and an assignment to the White House...Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy Achievement Medal...etc., etc...etc...advocated for over a decade for my child's education, which was denied, acknowledged by the other liar...attorney...I never mistreated my child...as acknowledged by many professionals to include the attorney that submitted the unfavorable report on lisa brown and the other attorney. A few days later, my admin password stopped working and unfortunately FileVault was on! I stood to lose 4 years worth of files. I spent a long time with Apple support on the phone, online. Both times, their final recommendation was to just wipe out everything and start over. Fortunately, Experimax was able to rescue me. I had a password for the hard drive itself and Eric was able to boot the computer using another device, which allowed me to get access to the hard drive. He patiently let me hang out at the store uploading files into iCloud. Afterwards, I had the hard drive wiped out and installed Catalina. The cost was ~$87. Many thanks!

The work was okay. The customer experience was horrible. I would not use again or recommend. I was…read morescheduled for 9 am and the tech shows up at 10:30. He said he had to get gas and someone stopped to talk to him. Spends an hour working (going back to truck for various tools, hardware store for equipment, and 20 minutes pitching me on generators) all said and done, they leave before noon and charge me their hourly rate from 9-12. So I paid for them to get gas, forget tools, not have adequate material on hand, and pitch me on products I didn't ask for. The office was "nice" enough to knock 30 minutes off since they provide 0 heads up that they charge you to drive/get gas/socialize in the parking lot. Their Ts&Cs claim invoices are due in 10 days after job completion. However, they will shake you down and threaten collections on day 2. I had even told them I would take care of it as soon as I was back in town due to last minute business travel. Received harassing messages and voicemails the next day. I would avoid this company at all costs.
