I originally found it online at a different bike shop. I bought it and few days later I received email saying they were sold out. The big problem was I barely had enough money to purchase another. The package arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled, a day before a holiday on a long weekend, so I was very pleased to say the least. The care in protecting the frame from damage, I was happy to find everything packaged was wrapped in multiple layers of foam, and the order in how the items were placed into the box so that there would be a minimal amount of movement as possible, was well planned out. I was also pleased the package passed through customs without any delay as many of the items I have pass through customs usually has a delay to some degree. The frame I ordered checked all the boxes in requirements I was looking for in a frame. I'm happy with the service provided and would recommend this seller, the price i paid was cheaper than anywhere else I compared to. I am on the west coast in nor-cal, and I still use Power's Bike Shop... I first went on their site because of the used section, not many shops have this option online. I was hooked, it's fun because you never know what you'll find. They've got great deals on nearly brand new parts sometimes, to even better deals on heavy used parts. They always have plenty of pics and I've never been misled by the description. Since then, I've made a few purchases on new parts as well. They've never messed an order up, they ship extremely fast, and they've got some harder to find parts, as well as all the big name brands going today. Bought a frame from the used parts section and it arrived exactly as described. I also ordered some other parts via email because I forgot to include them initially, which the staff were really helpful with and made sure I didn't get charged two shipping fees. They even offered some advice since one of the parts i was adding to the order, which was a bottom bracket, wouldn't fit the frame I had ordered. I appreciated them reaching out about that because if I had been ordering it for that frame it would have been the wrong one, but i was actually ordering it for another build.. I have been to Powers Bike Shop several times over the last year. I purchased a bike for my daughter and they made us feel very welcome. After watching her ride her new bike, I knew I had to have one for myself. The great guys at Powers were more than helpful with picking my own bike. Powers is by far the best bike shop I have shopped with. Extremely helpful and has the fastest shipping out of every other bike shop I have tried. I was also impressed with my last purchase because I bought a very small item and shipping was defaulted to $13. i hated paying that much for shipping but figured it was worth it to get the item fast, but was surprised when I saw I got a partial refund for my order and I'm assuming it was because the shipping didn't cost much for what I ordered. Just purchased a new fit heartbreaker frame. They were awesome. Had my frame out the door and on the way very quickly. I've purchased many parts over the past couple years including custom built wheels. I'm one that hates making online purchases. Rather buy from mom & pop shops. Have no bmx shops close. 2+ hours away. But ordering from powers you know your helping some awesome people keep Bmx alive and the history of Bmx there for people to see and appreciate. I really like Powers because of how fast he ships out orders, and he stocks the parts brands I use. I'll usually get shipping confirmation within minutes after ordering if it's during business hours. My last order was placed pretty late at night, and it got shipped first thing the next morning. I live in northern Illinois, so I can't speak for everyone, but my last 2 orders arrived the next day, like early in the day. So far, he's literally been faster than Amazon. I dig that. read more

Example: I had ordered new cranks with a 4-bolt spider for my son's race bike, and also ordered a 5-bolt chainring for another bike.
