They painted the main house, guest cottage, 4-car shop and a small outbuilding. Initially, we were given an estimated project timeline of 2 weeks but the work was finished in 5 days--setup on Monday and touchups on Friday. They moved all the furniture and other items away from the buildings and moved them back into place as well. Omar and Jose were the main crew. These guys are great to work with and their attention to detail is very good. My house is 122 years old with Cedar shingle siding and trim work that had not been dealt with in years. It was a dififcult project but they knew exactly what to do and they got it done. The job took longer than expected but they stuck to the original estimate. The work they did looks great, they stayed on budget and I didn't hear one complaint ever from the crew. Called Josh after a recommendation from a friend. He was quick to come by and quoted a time plus…read morematerials for a repaint of our window trim. At first he said he didn't know if he could get the job in before the rains, then called to say he could do it. Worker seemed pleasant and showed up to pressure wash. We had had a request to end early one day due to our schedule, they agreed to the schedule that day, quoting "no problem." The next thing that happens is the worker coming to our house without prior permission, packing up tarps and equipment, then walking off the job, and leaving a total mess of pressure washing paint chips all over our patio and decks, plus leftover equipment. I queried Josh and he says his worker will not be back, leaving me to then do major damage control that included hanging out of my windows to paint and prime exposed raw wood he left fully exposed before the rain. This is a completely unprofessional company, that lacks communication and integrity, and walks off the job on day one if they see the job not turning quick revenue for them. I suspect they thought it would be a quick one and done job that would not permit customer input while in progress. Josh refused to respond to texts, emails or phone calls. I do not recommend this company at all.
