Josh responded the same day that I requested a quote, showed up for the appt. on time and had a detailed estimate for me wihin a day. They started the work within a couple of weeks. Omar and Jose were the main crew. These guys are great to work with and their attention to detail is very good. My house is 122 years old with Cedar shingle siding and trim work that had not been dealt with in years. It was a dififcult project but they knew exactly what to do and they got it done. The job took longer than expected but they stuck to the original estimate. The work they did looks great, they stayed on budget and I didn't hear one complaint ever from the crew. Called Josh after a recommendation from a friend. He was quick to come by and quoted a time plus materials for a repaint of our window trim. At first he said he didn't know if he could get the job in before the rains, then called to say he could do it. Worker seemed pleasant and showed up to pressure wash. We had had a request to end early one day due to our schedule, they agreed to the schedule that day, quoting "no problem." The next thing that happens is the worker coming to our house without prior permission, packing up tarps and equipment, then walking off the job, and leaving a total mess of pressure washing paint chips all over our patio and decks, plus leftover equipment. I queried Josh and he says his worker will not be back, leaving me to then do major damage control that included hanging out of my windows to paint and prime exposed raw wood he left fully exposed before the rain. This is a completely unprofessional company, that lacks communication and integrity, and walks off the job on day one if they see the job not turning quick revenue for them. I suspect they thought it would be a quick one and done job that would not permit customer input while in progress. Josh refused to respond to texts, emails or phone calls. If your goal is to pay for a product and/or service that will not be delivered, then Sasquatch Painting is for you. Scheduled a downstairs paint job 2 months in advance at the request of the company offering a discount for the waiting period. 1 week before work was to begin we had heard nothing. Multiple attempts at contacting the company resulted in nothing but promises to return phone calls and schedule service. When we finally did connect, service was offered the following day at 8 am. At 9:15 am the morning work was supposed to begin and not having heard from Sasquatch Painting, we contacted Sasquatch Painting and were informed that job sites had been mixed by mistake and work would not be able to begin until the following Monday. Effectively, Sasquatch Painting postponed a paint job by more than two months by promising a discount for accommodating their schedule and failed to deliver in communication, professionalism, and work agreed upon in a timeframe in the estimate. If you have time commitments that need to be kept, I strongly encourage you to find another company for your painting needs. read more

Fantastic paint job by Josh and his crew. I had a number bids and Josh provided the most detailed quotation at a reasonable price. I just had a good feeling that he was honest and would do a quality painting of my home. Josh sent out Roger and his crew to perform the actual painting. I was so impressed. I had some very old cedar siding that was warped due to sun and rain. They were so damn meticulous. They had to chalk and nail in most of the boards. They took their time making sure everything was done to my satisfaction and made my home look 15 years younger. They were great! I HIGHLY recommend Sasquatch Painting. You can't go wrong. My wife found Sasquatch online, and Josh came out and looked at the job. We felt he knew what he was doing. After he looked at the job, he stuck around and we talked about the painting job. I felt very comfortable with Josh. We had a very tight schedule as we were doing a lot of remodeling. One of his team members Roger was awesome!! His whole team was a ten plus. The Sasquatch team just painted the exterior of my house and did a great job at a reasonable price. Josh, the contact, is very personable and a pleasure to work with -- he explained all the details in a way that gave me a lot of confidence to hire them. They worked around the rain and over a weekend to get the job done as quickly as possible. The carpenter on the crew spotted a rotting post holding up the corner of the deck and arranged to have the repair done right away. The foreman Dale went over the job with me at the end and fixed any little quibbles. And they left the site cleaned up and squared away. Highly recommended! read more

Beware. I accepted a bid from Josh and waited all summer for him to paint my house only to be told today that he couldn't get it done. I called repeatedly to follow up with Josh over the past few months and was assured that it would get done. No apology just lots of excuses. He was very aggressive on the phone, raised his voice at me at then hung up. I called him back to say that was no way to treat a customer and he replied "you're not my customer!"
