This anytime fitness is relatively small, but very well organized. I was there after 5 PM and the gym was packed yet there really wasn't a wait for any particular piece of equipment. The staff and trainers at the gym were all very friendly. There was only one unisex shower, but I didn't have to wait for that either. Overall a great gym, which I would visit again when back in the area. I wonder what other healthy activities I can find?

Actually, this particular gym was a cut above others: its shower, though singular, was especially appealing, having a partitioned bathing stall and sliding door, and just a feel of general hominess and comfort that is often absent from public space. Besides being a good gym in other respects, I drew special enjoyment from the discovery of a warm, home-like shower room (a biggie to me, being on the road). All in all, I had a pleasant, memorable time here, for which I am grateful to the staff and owner. Good job! :-)

They greet you, they are professional, and I see them actively going around keeping the equipment cleaned. The bathrooms are always kept well maintained compared to others I've been to where on numerous occasions there were no soap left in the dispenser or paper towels were out leaving us to use the air dryer. Planet fitness is known for their lighting and you can get some great post workout pump pictures here. Fantastic lighting in the locker room or in front of the pull down machines. Wrightsboro Road location also isn't as packed and with minimum wait time. I've been coming here the last two weeks and never had an issue. They are however not truly 24 hrs. They close at 10pm on Friday and 7pm on the weekends. Parking is never an issue as the lot is fairly big and shares spaces with other shops in the plaza.

But I wondered, is it worth the fact that it's free? Let me assure you, it is. You walk in to find cardio, and upper body machines (as well as a ping pong table). To the right are two basketball courts and free weights room. Straight ahead are the locker rooms. And upstairs, indoor running/walking track as well as more machines. It is clean, kept up, and offers a good variety of equipment. I also am glad for the option of trading my ID in for a locker key while I'm there. *Insider's Tip -The bike machines have a water bottle holder as well as a dock for phone/other devices. -There is a water bottle fill up station by the stair case. -They offer yoga and a host of other classes throughout the week (and at various times). It changes monthly so be sure to stay updated.

It's almost like this gym used to be an independent that got bought out by a Gold's, but didn't receive the memo that they got bought out and kept all of the old equipment and color themes. HUGE plus side, not to feed into the stereotype that Asians love saunas, but there is a SAUNA. That bumped this place up from a 2 to a 3 star. I have Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Gold's Gym memberships. Why? I don't know, I guess I am a health nut that is afraid of getting fat. I would only come here to use the sauna. The equipment is alright at best and could probably use maintenance and general sprucing up. When I walked in, there was about 6 or 7 staff members in the rotunda milling around, but none of them seemed like they wanted to do anything. To scan my card, three girls looked at each other for a hot minute before one of them kind of slumped her shoulders down and walked over to scan me in. I guess, she lost their imaginary game of nose goes.
