They replaced our timer, most of the sprinkler heads, fixed the multiple broken pipes and capped off the unnecessary sprinkler heads, which we had alot of. They also gave us tips on how to save our dying grass in the front now that we have our sprinklers fixed it should be easier to maintain. Attached is our correspondence where Fred did not complete the work, but wanted full payment with the promise of completing his job. After receiving partial payment, he demanded the full amount WITHOUT completing the work. He demanded full payment with threat of being uncivil. Because he knew the lockbox combination, and his perceived threatening tone. I didn't feel it was worth the risk of him getting violent.
