It's active and may get your blood pumping but not necessarily breaking a sweat. You can get a beer before hand but obviously can't drink inside the "throwing cages." You don't have to be a young, in shape human to enjoy this activity. In fact, my sister did not want to do this and was pissed that she was overruled by the group and ended up loving it and beating us all in the games! After an hour (which is plenty time) head back over to get another pint and a fantastic pizza or salad at Stickman.

Josh was a great guide giving us clues or nudges when needed to move us along and was very tolerant of our curious 5 year olds questions and energy. The kids are already asking when we can go again! I was the only one who had much experience in escape rooms, so although we did not make it out together we still had a great time solving the clues we could. The room was quite interactive with several elements you had to engage with in just the right way, rather than just a series of locks to open. Definitely challenging for us but maybe that just means we need to come back and have more practice!
