I received my foam roller. It cost $40 plus some change. I was dissatisfied the quality and feel and asked if they supply a QR code or label so that I can return it. They said no they don't do paid returns. That's on the customer. I took it to the post office and the cost was $30 to return it. Obviously, I had to keep it but still need to purchase it with a different company. DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING. From Power Systems. Never heard of a company not doing free returns in this day and age. read more

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered bands back in March online. Tracking idicated shipped but won't be delivered due to insufficient postage. I sent 4 emails over the next couple weeks, none of them were responded to. 2 months after I ordered I finally called and talked to a cs rep explained the entire problem, and requested a refund because I'd bought something else. She said a refund would be forthcoming within a few days. It never happened. A month later a set of powerband shows up in my mail, which I no longer need. Almost 4 months after the orginal order. I wanted a refund, not the bands 4 months late. Good product but horrible customer service when there are problems. I will never purchase these products again. If there was a zero star option that is what I'd leave. read more

We ordered gyms mats from Power Systems almost 3 months ago and still haven't received them. We've emailed and called multiple times and no response at all. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My item said in-stock until after I placed my order. Then it was back ordered. Finally it was shipped. FedEx lost the package and said that a claim is required to be done by the shipper. I have called (voicemail only) twice, I've sent emails daily to their customer service, and I have used their web contact me multiple times. I have yet to be contacted back from them. So I do not have my order, I am out $$$. And I cannot get in touch with any person to get this fixed. Worst shopping/ customer service experience ever read more

Horrible experience with this company, do not buy from them. On 03/29/20 I placed two separate orders online: one for an Olympic bar with bumper plates, and another order for more bumper plates. The website said they were shipping within 4-5 days. My order for the bumper plates did not ship for fifteen days. When I received notification that it had shipped, I emailed the customer service rep and asked for an update on the other order. No update was available other than the pick card had been generated and she thought that it was possible that it might ship within a few days. I immediately cancelled this order. When I received the order for the bumper plates, the order was a missing a 45-pound bumper. I ended up returning the lone 45-pound bumper that I received. During this time period, I ordered fitness equipment from four other large distributors who had my orders (bumper plates, an Olympic bar, dumbbells, a sled, and bands) at my house within five business days from all over the country. On a positive note, my customer service rep was helpful and was quick to respond to emails. read more

This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with in my entire life (50 years). I placed an order weeks ago for an item and contacted the company to make sure the item would ship because I wanted to order an accessory for the item. After a few weeks, I received only the accessory I ordered. I emailed the company and was told my other order had been cancelled. ***Although my order had been cancelled, my paypal account has still not been refunded the money that was charged for the item that never shipped.*** This transaction has been a complete waste of a lot precious time. read more

Very disappointed in the quality. Bought the Versa Loops. Liked them until the green loop snapped 4 months into using it. Power Systems would not send a replacement as the warranty expired after 3 months. I do not recommend this product. read more

Love my product! The staff were helpful navigating my out of country purchase and the products arrived in great packaging and everything I ordered was present. The quality is fantastic. Will buy from them again and recommend. read more

Power Systems - Fitness/Exercise Equipment Near Me - Knoxville, Tennessee

The place is a joke. A reason they have 2 stars and 17 1 star reviews. It is a terrible company. I ordered stuff and never got it. I keep communicating with them and they say "we emailed you asking for a phone number" I provided that now multiple times and no one gets a call. We get emails still asking for a phone number to set up shipping. We are a warehouse, we take delivers all day every day. It does not seem too hard for anyone else to get in contact with us or deliver to us. Here every day, waiting. No one called us either, even after providing multiple contacts and phone numbers several times. I am disputing with the credit card now as I do not want my product from there anymore. I already ordered from elsewhere. read more

They lie about what's actually in stock. Purchased a dumbbell over two weeks ago that they stated was in stock and I can't even get in contact with them to figure out my order status. Will never order from them again. read more

Placed an order 15 days ago and no reply to my emails nor voicemails and no equipment . A bit disappointed. I'm trying to be understanding during this time but at the very least should answer emails. read more

I am VERY upset with this company. I ordered a strength set. The bar came as well as the clips. But, no weights. I called FedEx to see where my package was. They told me there was nothing in the package, so it couldn't be delivered. I then called Power-systems. They told me I needed to e-mail. So I e-mailed. A week later I got a response asking what I was missing. I replied right away. Then I got an e-mail back saying the replacement shipment would be out right away and I would get an e-mail with the information. I NEVER GOT THIS INFORMATION. I still have the bar and the clips - no weights. I wouldn't suggest this company to ANYONE. read more

I have known Power Systems to make high quality products for years and that is why I went to them during this virus pandemic so that I could purchase many items for my home gym. They have a huge variety of options to meet anyone's fitness needs from beginner to advanced. I found everything I needed and for better price than what most other places online were charging when taking into account the quality of the product. Of course, some items were on back order because everyone is buying fitness equipment right now and so I did have to stay on top of the status of some of my orders. That is where Elizabeth Gallagher, who is a Customer Care Representative at Power Systems came into play. She did an amazing job fixing some errors in my orders and making sure things were timely shipped out. She also responded to my emails in a very timely fashion and provided excellent customer service. read more

If you have received your product consider yourself lucky. Order dumbbells on Fed 4 2021 they sent me a tracking number 2 weeks later still no dumbbells as of 04/09/21 DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I hope they choke on the money they stoled for me. read more

This is a great company! They were back ordered and having challenges during corona virus but they made sure that I received everything during this challenging time. All the equipment is great quality. I will definitely be using them again as I build up my home gym. read more

I bought a couple 5 lbs dumbbells for my wife and Power Systems delivery on time and the right ones........I was shopping with Kohls, Walmart, Target, CVS and all sold out like gold.really I don't understand. Thank you again Power Systems!!!!! read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE Horrible! They forgot to charge me for something in my order, then made it look like they shipped it out a second time and charged me a month later. It wasn't that I wouldn't pay for it but instead of owning there mistake and letting me know what happened and apologizing for it. Two phone calls later I figured it out, but they didn't even apologize or offer any sort of customer service for there error. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.... beware bad customer service!! read more

My wife had ordered me a set of 10lb ,5lb and 2 1/2 lb olympic plates on March 31st 2021 which online said they had in stock well 2 weeks later we hadn't heard anything then the next day we received a package from them when i opened it only to find 2 elastic power bands which we did not order. So I called power systems only to be told that all the plates where on back order till mid or end of June . When I asked why it said they had them in stock the lady laughed and said someone made a mistake which really wasn't as funny to me as it was for her so on April 27 th I received the 5lb plates on June 18th I received the 10 lb plates both which are painted with some toxic paint according to pkg see pics attached and so today 6/29/2021 we emailed to find out what was going on with the 2 1/2 lb plates only to find that those are back ordered till mid September bottom line is this company is a joke ( scam ) save your $ and by elsewhere I mean really a total of 6 months waiting to receive order is unacceptable obviously customer satisfaction is not their priority read more

OMG. Really? Two weeks to ship 2 dumbbells?! No updates since the order was placed. I had to call them to inquire re: the order status. Once I reached the customer service I was told that they can't get to their warehouse because of the current situation. A-ok, I understand, we are all in the same boat here but please send an email notifying that the order has been delayed. Still waiting for the delivery.... read more

This place is just like the reviews. Horrible.... cancelled my order and FIVE DAYS LATER they ship the items to me and charged me for it. Called them and they sent me a return label which was great, but I've since shipped the items back and they have received them but I have yet to receive a refund. BUYER BEWARE. read more

I had a similar experience to the other negative reviews. Ordered something got an email saying it shipped. even the tracking information said it hadn't. When i emailed they seemed baffled and told me to take it up with fedex. took weeks for them to provide a refund. This place has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Please don't buy there wieght plates unless you like defective looking plates. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered in April. Their website and phone lines are constantly out. A duplicate order was placed without my knowledge. I was charged 2x. I also had a coupon code for 25% off and free shipping. I was charged for both on both orders. I have been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 months. I have yet to get a response from anyone. All I have received is a standard automated response with each of my many email saying someone will get back to me. They don't even have an option on their phone lines to leave a message. How does a company not have voicemail that employees can access remotely. By far, the worst company ever!!!! Do not order from this company read more

Stay away from this place. I order barbells (40,50,& 60 lb) a month ago , finally my order arrived today. But it was incomplete only the barbells 40 & 50 lb arrived. They already charged me for the 60 lbs and they didn't deliver that one. WTF. I email them right away but not respond yet. read more

I work with National Account Manager, Patty, on orders for a fitness facility I manage in Manhattan. Patty is always incredibly sweet and speedy when placing my orders or assisting with a quote. Items always arrive on time, no hassle, ready for use within the club. The products are of great quality, as well! I've got about 500+ members using the gym each day, and Power Systems has a huge hand in keeping our equipment up to date and fresh! Great pricing, as well! read more

Do NOT use them and don't ever think of using customer service! I had my old address in the system, they sent it there and almost 3 months later, it's no where to be found and they are saying basically "too bad, you had the wrong address". So $220 just....gone! My crossfit box heard 3 of us talking about it and about 10 people are spreading the word. I've never dealt with a company like this!! I've been in the industry for 17yrs. Myself and 2 other have called and I've never dealt with anything like it and never will again. I'm disputing the charge. It's $220 and they have no proof that I received it and they could care less. $220 isn't much to them but we needed the equipment. I'm part of a large fitness company with names that will get the word out. They told me that I should call all surrounding post offices to search for it myself.....unbelievable and unacceptable! read more
