I received my foam roller. It cost $40 plus some change. I was dissatisfied the quality and feel and asked if they supply a QR code or label so that I can return it. They said no they don't do paid returns. That's on the customer. I took it to the post office and the cost was $30 to return it. Obviously, I had to keep it but still need to purchase it with a different company. DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING. From Power Systems. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered bands back in March online. Tracking idicated shipped but won't be delivered due to insufficient postage. I sent 4 emails over the next couple weeks, none of them were responded to. 2 months after I ordered I finally called and talked to a cs rep explained the entire problem, and requested a refund because I'd bought something else. She said a refund would be forthcoming within a few days. It never happened. A month later a set of powerband shows up in my mail, which I no longer need. Almost 4 months after the orginal order. I wanted a refund, not the bands 4 months late. Good product but horrible customer service when there are problems. I will never purchase these products again. If I could give zero stars I would. My item said in-stock until after I placed my order. Then it was back ordered. Finally it was shipped. FedEx lost the package and said that a claim is required to be done by the shipper. I have called (voicemail only) twice, I've sent emails daily to their customer service, and I have used their web contact me multiple times. I have yet to be contacted back from them. Horrible experience with this company, do not buy from them. On 03/29/20 I placed two separate orders online: one for an Olympic bar with bumper plates, and another order for more bumper plates. The website said they were shipping within 4-5 days. My order for the bumper plates did not ship for fifteen days. When I received notification that it had shipped, I emailed the customer service rep and asked for an update on the other order. No update was available other than the pick card had been generated and she thought that it was possible that it might ship within a few days. I immediately cancelled this order. When I received the order for the bumper plates, the order was a missing a 45-pound bumper. I ended up returning the lone 45-pound bumper that I received. During this time period, I ordered fitness equipment from four other large distributors who had my orders (bumper plates, an Olympic bar, dumbbells, a sled, and bands) at my house within five business days from all over the country. I placed an order weeks ago for an item and contacted the company to make sure the item would ship because I wanted to order an accessory for the item. After a few weeks, I received only the accessory I ordered. The place is a joke. A reason they have 2 stars and 17 1 star reviews. It is a terrible company. I ordered stuff and never got it. I keep communicating with them and they say "we emailed you asking for a phone number" I provided that now multiple times and no one gets a call. We get emails still asking for a phone number to set up shipping. We are a warehouse, we take delivers all day every day. It does not seem too hard for anyone else to get in contact with us or deliver to us. Here every day, waiting. No one called us either, even after providing multiple contacts and phone numbers several times. I am disputing with the credit card now as I do not want my product from there anymore. I am VERY upset with this company. I ordered a strength set. The bar came as well as the clips. But, no weights. I called FedEx to see where my package was. They told me there was nothing in the package, so it couldn't be delivered. I then called Power-systems. They told me I needed to e-mail. So I e-mailed. A week later I got a response asking what I was missing. I replied right away. Then I got an e-mail back saying the replacement shipment would be out right away and I would get an e-mail with the information. I NEVER GOT THIS INFORMATION. I have known Power Systems to make high quality products for years and that is why I went to them during this virus pandemic so that I could purchase many items for my home gym. They have a huge variety of options to meet anyone's fitness needs from beginner to advanced. I found everything I needed and for better price than what most other places online were charging when taking into account the quality of the product. Of course, some items were on back order because everyone is buying fitness equipment right now and so I did have to stay on top of the status of some of my orders. That is where Elizabeth Gallagher, who is a Customer Care Representative at Power Systems came into play. She did an amazing job fixing some errors in my orders and making sure things were timely shipped out. CUSTOMER SERVICE Horrible! They forgot to charge me for something in my order, then made it look like they shipped it out a second time and charged me a month later. It wasn't that I wouldn't pay for it but instead of owning there mistake and letting me know what happened and apologizing for it. My wife had ordered me a set of 10lb ,5lb and 2 1/2 lb olympic plates on March 31st 2021 which online said they had in stock well 2 weeks later we hadn't heard anything then the next day we received a package from them when i opened it only to find 2 elastic power bands which we did not order. So I called power systems only to be told that all the plates where on back order till mid or end of June . When I asked why it said they had them in stock the lady laughed and said someone made a mistake which really wasn't as funny to me as it was for her so on April 27 th I received the 5lb plates on June 18th I received the 10 lb plates both which are painted with some toxic paint according to pkg see pics attached and so today 6/29/2021 we emailed to find out what was going on with the 2 1/2 lb plates only to find that those are back ordered till mid September bottom line is this company is a joke ( scam ) save your $ and by elsewhere I mean really a total of 6 months waiting to receive order is unacceptable obviously customer satisfaction is not their priority read more

I had a similar experience to the other negative reviews. Ordered something got an email saying it shipped. even the tracking information said it hadn't. When i emailed they seemed baffled and told me to take it up with fedex. took weeks for them to provide a refund. Do NOT use them and don't ever think of using customer service! I had my old address in the system, they sent it there and almost 3 months later, it's no where to be found and they are saying basically "too bad, you had the wrong address". So $220 just....gone! My crossfit box heard 3 of us talking about it and about 10 people are spreading the word. I've never dealt with a company like this!! I've been in the industry for 17yrs. Myself and 2 other have called and I've never dealt with anything like it and never will again. I'm disputing the charge.
