Fushair is the person who came to clean my carpet, very nice and friendly, he sent me a text to tell me when exactly he was to arrive and also when he was here showed me some spots that could be hard to come off , but he got them out any way, so i highly recommend this service. Powerpup was so kind to us. I was in the middle of a moving nightmare, and the professionalism of the operator fushair was so helpful. Fushair was very likeable and very very professional he came out saw that we were struggling a little bit and even pitched in to help for a few minutes. When you're that stressed out and at the end of your wit, a smile and helping hand really do go a long way. I called the company to get a better idea of the arrival window of the tech because, well, moving is a nightmare, and was shocked to 1) speak to a human and 2) actually get some compassion and understanding from someone. Everyone kept in touch with me and worked with my schedule to arrange for the cleaning. In a world where everyone seems to just want your money and doesn't care about you as a consumer, this company changed my mind. The carpet looks brand new. Fushair took it from terrible to perfect in less than hour and now the entire house smells like an orange grove. I truly, truly cannot say enough good things about Power pup. I first discovered power pup about 6 mo ago after renting out the rug doctor, using gallons of natures miracle, and buying carpet cleaner after carpet cleaner trying to get stains out and disinfect my place. I have 2 dogs that love to mark the same half of the living room, to the point where I avoid the room because the carpet is so bad. After avoiding paying the costs to hire professionals, I realized I had spent more just trying to do it myself. My boyfriend and I called and scheduled a cleaning and were shocked to see that Emir arrived exactly at the beginning of the cleaning window. Not 3 hours later, not at the very end, no sitting around waiting all day because you know someone's gonna be coming by at SOME point between a 4 hour window but no idea when. You get texts when they're on the way, which is awesome. Emir is an incredibly thorough super nice guy. I recently hired Power Pup Clean for a carpet cleaning service, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. One of the main issues was their high-pressure sales tactics and aggressive upselling during the appointment. From the moment the technician arrived, they tried to sell me on additional services and products that I didn't need or want. They kept pushing me to upgrade to a more expensive package, even after I repeatedly declined and explained that I had a budget to stick to. The technician also made me feel uncomfortable by making negative comments about the state of my carpets and suggesting that I wasn't taking good enough care of them. This was not only unprofessional but also untrue, as I regularly clean my carpets and take good care of my home. Overall, I felt like Power Pup Clean cared more about making a quick profit than providing quality service and respecting my wishes as a customer. Hired this company to restore my trashed carpets. We had a long discussion prior to the cleaning and they were extremely upfront about all costs and set expectations realistically. The technician arrived on time and took his time to do a detailed inspection and made very good recommendations. He also took the time to explain to me how their low moisture encapsulation cleaning worked and was 100% green. The technician was quick and in no time restored my carpets to almost new condition. Except a few things here and there he pretty much restored it to almost new. Saved over 15k worth of carpet. Unlike other steam cleaners none of the stains came back. Highly recommend. Fushair came out right on time. Was very polite. Quickly covered what we needed to go over and he got right to work. Didn't feel rushed for money. My carpets are in bad shape due to animals (kids got a new puppy). They need to be replaced, but we will be doing that in about 6months. So we just wanted them thoroughly cleaned. Carpets are pretty wet but he did say they would be if I wanted the deep treatment for animals. He was very clear about that. Price was reasonable, I do understand gas, taxes, supplies, vehicle payments, vehicle upkeep etc and the list goes on as I'm a business owner myself. So yes prices were absolutely fair. I had a terrible experience with Power Pup Clean. Not only did they provide bad service, but they also caused damage to my carpet by introducing new stains. The owner's rude and unprofessional behavior made matters worse. I was left feeling uncomfortable with them doing any more work, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. To make matters even worse, before performing any work, they quickly had me sign some forms releasing them from all liability. This seemed more like a self-serving practice than a concern for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable and professional carpet cleaning service, I would advise you to look elsewhere. We have been using this company for over 2 years now doing all our rentals. Scheduling is a breeze. More than anything carpets are always looking good and tenants haven't complained about any of the work.
