Fushair is the person who came to clean my carpet, very nice and friendly, he sent me a text to tell me when exactly he was to arrive and also when he was here showed me some spots that could be hard to come off , but he got them out any way, so i highly recommend this service. Powerpup was so kind to us. I was in the middle of a moving nightmare, and the professionalism of the operator fushair was so helpful. Fushair was very likeable and very very professional he came out saw that we were struggling a little bit and even pitched in to help for a few minutes. When you're that stressed out and at the end of your wit, a smile and helping hand really do go a long way. I called the company to get a better idea of the arrival window of the tech because, well, moving is a nightmare, and was shocked to 1) speak to a human and 2) actually get some compassion and understanding from someone. Everyone kept in touch with me and worked with my schedule to arrange for the cleaning. In a world where everyone seems to just want your money and doesn't care about you as a consumer, this company changed my mind. The carpet looks brand new. Fushair took it from terrible to perfect in less than hour and now the entire house smells like an orange grove. I truly, truly cannot say enough good things about Power pup. I will absolutely book them in the future for every single need if all techs are as nice and efficient as Fushair! A personal Thank you SO MUCH! And a shout out to him and I called his company boss to tell them to hold on to an incredible employee like him because its ppl like him that take a business from ordinary to exceptionally amazing read more

I first discovered power pup about 6 mo ago after renting out the rug doctor, using gallons of natures miracle, and buying carpet cleaner after carpet cleaner trying to get stains out and disinfect my place. I have 2 dogs that love to mark the same half of the living room, to the point where I avoid the room because the carpet is so bad. After avoiding paying the costs to hire professionals, I realized I had spent more just trying to do it myself. My boyfriend and I called and scheduled a cleaning and were shocked to see that Emir arrived exactly at the beginning of the cleaning window. Not 3 hours later, not at the very end, no sitting around waiting all day because you know someone's gonna be coming by at SOME point between a 4 hour window but no idea when. You get texts when they're on the way, which is awesome. Emir is an incredibly thorough super nice guy. We were thrilled to have him come by again today for a second cleaning, and as always, it was quick, professional, and got exactly the results we needed. His honestly on what will come out of the carpet and what probably won't is awesome to hear, I often feel businesses will try and upsell you, but I completely trust these guys. If you're looking for an environmentally friendly local business that won't judge you or your pets for your filthy carpets, they're for you!!! read more

I recently hired Power Pup Clean for a carpet cleaning service, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. One of the main issues was their high-pressure sales tactics and aggressive upselling during the appointment. From the moment the technician arrived, they tried to sell me on additional services and products that I didn't need or want. They kept pushing me to upgrade to a more expensive package, even after I repeatedly declined and explained that I had a budget to stick to. The technician also made me feel uncomfortable by making negative comments about the state of my carpets and suggesting that I wasn't taking good enough care of them. This was not only unprofessional but also untrue, as I regularly clean my carpets and take good care of my home. Overall, I felt like Power Pup Clean cared more about making a quick profit than providing quality service and respecting my wishes as a customer. I don't appreciate being pressured or guilt-tripped into spending more money than I planned, and I will not be using their services again in the future. read more

Hired this company to restore my trashed carpets. We had a long discussion prior to the cleaning and they were extremely upfront about all costs and set expectations realistically. The technician arrived on time and took his time to do a detailed inspection and made very good recommendations. He also took the time to explain to me how their low moisture encapsulation cleaning worked and was 100% green. The technician was quick and in no time restored my carpets to almost new condition. Except a few things here and there he pretty much restored it to almost new. Saved over 15k worth of carpet. Unlike other steam cleaners none of the stains came back. Highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Hey are coming out to clean my other rental next week. A+++++++++++++++ read more

Fushair came out right on time. Was very polite. Quickly covered what we needed to go over and he got right to work. Didn't feel rushed for money. My carpets are in bad shape due to animals (kids got a new puppy). They need to be replaced, but we will be doing that in about 6months. So we just wanted them thoroughly cleaned. Carpets are pretty wet but he did say they would be if I wanted the deep treatment for animals. He was very clear about that. Price was reasonable, I do understand gas, taxes, supplies, vehicle payments, vehicle upkeep etc and the list goes on as I'm a business owner myself. So yes prices were absolutely fair. He cleaned up his areas of work well and did a satisfaction checklist and then he was on his way. I would use them again without a doubt. read more

I had a terrible experience with Power Pup Clean. Not only did they provide bad service, but they also caused damage to my carpet by introducing new stains. The owner's rude and unprofessional behavior made matters worse. I was left feeling uncomfortable with them doing any more work, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. To make matters even worse, before performing any work, they quickly had me sign some forms releasing them from all liability. This seemed more like a self-serving practice than a concern for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable and professional carpet cleaning service, I would advise you to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Power Pup Clean to anyone. read more

We were out of town when one of our dogs had an accident with our dog sitter so we were feeling super frantic and helpless wondering when we could actually get someone to our house to help us. I found this company on a local neighborhood Facebook page and I am so fortunate for that. I sent a message and received a text back roughly 24 hours later. I was able to get on the schedule for a day past that which was amazing. The gentleman that came to our house texted me to keep me updated on his status and what to do to prepare for his arrival. Not only that, he was so incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to help us in a serious time of need. Very personable, great and thorough work, I definitely recommend! read more

Power Pup Clean is a great company, with exceptional people. Faraz, (technician) was assigned to my carpet cleaning request, he was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Moreover, he explained several carpet cleaning methods and quoted me the price as promised (100% accurate). His service was first class and did an excellent job in removing some nasty carpet stains that I thought would never come out. In addition to the great customer service he made some suggestions that would help keep the carpet clean and last longer. Today I got a great deal thank you, Power Pup Clean. Try them you won't be disappointed. Best Regards Milena J. Issaquah, WA read more

We have been using this company for over 2 years now doing all our rentals. Scheduling is a breeze. More than anything carpets are always looking good and tenants haven't complained about any of the work. Price is always disclosed for each property up front before start of the work so that has never been a problem. They have done an amazing job of consistently producing high quality work with great pricing. I have had properties with urine stains, bad odors, traffic lanes. You name it and they can resolve it. Most importantly tenants are much happier and there is never any negative feedback. I highly highly recommend Power Pup clean over anyone else. read more

My previous experiences with carpet cleaners have been just so-so, but after hiring Power Pup Clean, I was so impressed. The service was top-notch and the pricing and options were discussed thoroughly upfront with no surprises. I opted for their pet treatment and extra sanitization package given the shape my carpet was in due to my new puppy and I could not have been more thrilled with the results. The techncian was so courteous and professional. He even gave my pup a treat and became buddies with him. You can tell this company truly cares about doing a good job and loves animals! Thanks again Power Pup!! read more

I'm a perfectionist and a little OCD when it comes to carpet cleaning and have tried several local steam cleaning companies to my dissatisfaction. A co worker of mine made the recommendation to try Power Pup and I couldn't be happier. I have 2 bichon's and a toddler so keeping the carpets sanitary requires regular cleanings. My first try with this company and virtually all stains were removed. The results were nothing short of amazing. Plus, the carpets were dry in no time. I now also use Power Pup for my hardwood and upholstery cleaning as well. Highly recommended! read more

My carpet is 19 years old and had a huge traffic pattern from the living room to the kitchen and in the hallway. I thought I would try one more time to clean the carpet. If the cleaning did not work I would have to purchase new carpet. Power Pup Clean did an amazing job, major stains in traffic pattern areas gone. Power Pup Clean uses very little water, the carpet was dry within an hour and looks brand new. There service people are very helpful. I highly recommend Power Pup Clean for your home or business needs. read more

We used Power Pup for both our wall to wall carpet cleaning and a couple of area rugs. They picked up the rugs from our home and delivered them back after cleaning, which made everything really convenient. The carpets came out great, especially some areas we thought were permanently stained. The rugs looked noticeably cleaner when they came back as well. Communication was easy, they showed up when expected, and the whole process was straightforward. Would definitely use them again. read more

This company is all aces. I first contacted Mike via Thumbtack for a move out carpet cleaning. He was excellent! Marcus showed up on time and ready to work. We discussed the scope of work and I left to do errands. When I returned the carpets looked fantastic and the placed smelled nice and clean. I like their philosophy about being a green company. Their were no chemical smells, just clean. Thank you so much. I strongly recommend Power Pup for carpet cleaning. read more

I started using Power Pup when I was getting ready to sell a rental property in 2016. I was amazed that they were able to save the carpet in rooms that I thought were beyond repair. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a little more expensive, but the quality of the work is worth it. Jod is our regular technician and he is accountable, courteous and meticulous. We use them on a regular basis for our carpets. read more

They were amazing. Very accommodating to my scheduling conflict, even arrived 30 minutes early with a courtesy call to inform me of their early arrival. Very professional on the phone and in person. Did a thorough clean and got all the pet smell. I will be using them again in the future for the same reason or when we move out of our home. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors, friends, and family. read more

I was very impressed with the results. They did pet treatment and odor control in all the rooms. My carpets dried very fast compared to other services I have used in the past. Tech was professional and knowledgable. I was charged what I was quoted over the phone. I highly recommend them. Had them come out again and they were awesome. I even got rust stains out that I thought would never come out. Huge thumbs up read more

This company is fantastic! We have had Jod Ahm clean our carpets twice and they look great, far better than any of the other companies we have tried in the past. Making an appointment was easy, notifications were good, and Jod is a knowledgeable, friendly, fast worker. All cleaning options were discussed, price set in advance - no surprises.
