I have tried a few yoga studios of this style (in a few states) and I am impressed. Firstly; there a lot of classes to choose from. The Power Vinyasa class is their signature class. It is challenging, sweaty, transformative and fast flowing. Beginners can start with the basic class, moving into the alignment class and progress to the advanced heated power vinyasa class. Indeed, both beginners and advanced practitioners are well looked after. They have a Yin Yoga style class too. Classes start from 6am and there's lunch, afternoon and evening classes. The staff are really friendly and help you on your way. I took advantage of the $20 for 10 days special. They served herbal tea in the foyer - nice - and have many books, DVDs and yoga accessories for sale in a comfy reception area.
Housekeeping: there are lockers to store your stuff. Bring a lock for extra security if you like. There are three showers and a small change area. Parking might be a challenge on busy days so be prepared to walk a little bit for a 2 hour park. read more
