I dropped off a Hilti concrete saw and a…read morepressure washer for a new handle and a tuneup. when they were ready I was never given a call to pickup, we'll I stopped by and the owner stated they have been ready for. month! I picked up my equipment and the 1at time I used them they didn't work, the handle broke off and the other wouldn't start. I took them back and he took them in without giving me another claim ticket, a month went by and I went out of town ... and I never received any phone calls from them so I could send my family to pick them up. upon returning from out of town , I stopped in and he remembered me but stated that he did not have my tools.. I gave him my receipt and he looked up his as well but couldn't explain what happened to my equipment. He stated he would call me back , another monyh and no phone call , I stopped in and said he would call me back and still to this day they have not returned my equipment, I paid several hundred dollars and had about 2 thousand stolen from me .

Very abrupt and rude man on the phone. Also, earlier a male friend had called and gotten the pick up and delivery fee as $35. When I, a female, asked it was suddenly $45. Inconsistent information/pricing and very RUDE customer service means they don't get my business and I can't recommend them to anyone else.

It's not terribly expensive, considering what you're getting, though you might fair better if you have some type of membership / discounts with a place like Chewy online. Again, product dependent really. I know TSC has some form of military discount, but it wasn't easy to use. I had to register and go through some process and then, I think I get the discounts retroactively? I honestly have no idea, I just know it is not a show your CAC (ID Card) type of discount. Service is great and I'll continue to go there for all my equine / horse needs. And also spend extra on the other stuff they have there that I didn't know I needed or wanted (outside of horse stuff lol)

6:15PM... drove across town because the other Tractor Supply had the adapter stolen to refill my RV…read morepropane tank. Drove 30 minutes across town to arrive and be told by the supervisor on duty that store policy is to not refill propane after 5:00PM. Asked what the logic was and was told... "I dunno, store policy". Explained that I drove across town from the other store because of a lack of adapter and was told "that's not my fault". No compassion or understanding. No logical explanation for not servicing the tank either. Bunch of BS. Funny that as I review other comments, people have had issues with propane here also. Not coming back to this store. Truck stop down the street instead.
