Stella is always by my 98 year old mother's side

I have a happy, healthy, smart, loving, playful, and beautiful 2 year old golden-doodle thanks to the meticulous breeding practices of April Power. I should also mention that my pup is a natural therapy dog without having any formalized training shown by the way she comforts my 98 year old mother. I will be forever grateful to April for my sweet Stella...

Our sweet mini goldendoodle is over a year old now and I am forever grateful for this breeder. The steps and care taken before the puppy comes home is so important and April is the best of the best! our girl was loved on, cared for, already started the steps of potty training so when we got home the transition was amazing! I especially loved the personality testing that was spot on. If I ever get another doodle, I am coming right back here!

We did a ton of research before we chose Power Goldendoodles as our breeder, and we are so happy we did. Every day we get compliments on Finnegan, from how handsome he is, to his well behaved disposition. He is just over a year and we love him more everyday. April Power is an amazing breeder of this incredible breed, so much so that we will be getting another in a matter of weeks. Thanks April.

I was able to get her in for grooming quickly and they were able to successfully bathe and groom her. She now looks like a million bucks and I'm a happy and grateful pup mom because I have a clean and beautiful dog! I also appreciated that they called me during the day to let me know how she was doing and they carefully went over grooming options. In June, I took my 15 year old Schnoodle to get a bath, nail trim, and groom and they took their time with him, treated him like the older distinguished gentleman that he is, and also did a fantastic job. I have really appreciated the care and concern for both of my dogs, and the professionalism with which they approach taking care of my babies!!

Paid $60 for this when at our normal groomer we would pay $30 and he would actually come back cute and looking like a Shih Tzu They made his head look bigger than his body... Nails are also uneven and very sharp, could've used a Dremel to file down the sharpness. There was no reason to cut his THIS short and so uneven, I'm honestly devastated and I can tell he is not the happy go lucky little guy he usually is :/ Most likely not coming back. *I would like to note that I brushed him out before my husband took him to be groomed so there was no need to be shaved down as much as he was I should've just cut him myself for free instead of paying an outrageous amount of money for poor shoddy work :/

On August 08, 2025, at 7:40 PM, my sister & I visited the Petco store #01205 located at 3548 S…read more Findley Ave. This is usually my favorite Petco location when I'm in town because it tends to be the cleanest, best-stocked, and has the friendliest associates in the area. Unfortunately, that was not the case on this particular day. The store was crowded with new Halloween items, a couple of costumes, toys, & Various items strewn across bins and tables, & appeared so overstocked you almost did not feel comfortable shopping it for fear you would cause a domino effect if you knocked anything over. Creating an environment that did not give a good impression to customers or visitors with pets. Upon entering, we noticed a woman at the register who seemed unhappy to be there and was on her phone. I miss the days when employees would leave their phones in their lockers or bags at work. It would be nice to bring back customer service and to have staff engaged in their jobs while being paid by the company again. During our visit, my sister wanted a few items price-checked due to multiple sales going on, so we could ensure we had the correct products. She was also looking for bulk biscuits to make thank-you treats for our friends' dogs to go in their baskets of goodies we got them. However, we were disappointed to discover that many of the cute, new cookies were filled with artificial chemical dyes. As a certified pet nutritionist, I wouldn't purchase those for my pets or for others' pets. Fortunately, we found some cute and tasty dye-free treats in the bulk section. As I helped my sister hold the bag open while scooping, I noticed that the biscuit dust in the scoop seemed to be moving. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was crawling with ants that had emerged from the disturbed pile of dog cookie crumbs. I informed the woman at the register, whose name I didn't catch as it wasn't displayed. She responded, "Eeww, that's gross," and then specifically asked if it was the bacon ducks, suggesting that we weren't the first to report this issue. Meanwhile, a man named Josh, whom I assume was her manager, was on his phone and appeared indifferent to the situation. Neither employee seemed embarrassed that a customer had just encountered such an issue. No one came over to address the problem, offer me a fresh batch of cookies, clean up the ants, or even show any concern. It's disheartening to see great companies that want to bring customers back struggling with employees who lack basic customer service, people skills, and social skills. These are the qualities I look for in employees because they reflect what I want others to expect from me in any job I hold. Despite this unfortunate experience with two associates, I still don't want to stop shopping at Petco. I love the unique pet apparel, products, and brands they carry. However, this particular trip was disappointing. I hope they improve in the future. I did manage to buy some outdoor toys like a dog tent and a splash pad, as well as some great toys that our dogs really love. So, while the products in the store were good, the experience was marred by the incidents involving the two associates, Josh and the woman working that evening.

My dogs are of different ages and temperaments and even my oldest little one Chanel, who we normally has to tranquilize at other groomers does fine here without any tranquilizers. As a furbaby momma, my 7 babies safety and care are the utmost importance to me and when I leave my children with Paw Spa, I never worry for they are loved and cared for just like we love and care for them. In addition, if the groomers notice anything amiss about one of my dogs, they let me know immediately and we take them to the vet. I really couldn't ask for anything more. My pup is sensitive, a little codependent, and overall a little anxious so grooming day can be scary for her. What I LOVE about Paw Spa is they don't take 10 dogs at a time and keep them caged all day, my girl is usually ready for pick up within and hour of drop off which means a lot less stress for her. On top of that, the haircut is always adorable, I get a priceless photo of my little model, and they preschedule to keep her beauty routine on schedule. Look no further, this is the best groomer in the Treasure valley!
