Our "trainer" advised us that the owner/manager "David" decided to change our final session meeting from the park to our home/neighborhood, which would NOT serve our dog or us well for our expressed purpose of this "training" so we declined to waste our time further. We had already wasted the money. It is also important to match the trainer with the best/right experience for specific training needs and sadly, this was obviously not done either. It shouldn't be whose available, but who is the best match! We relied on professionalism in that choice and were let down.

We signed up both of our dogs for the beginner class and made a lot of progress in the 8 weeks of classes. The class size is limited to around 10 and that's great as she is able to see what everyone is doing and give some personal attention when needed. She is a very patient instructor and never makes anyone feel badly for asking a question or needing to see a demonstration again. The facility is very nice - open and clean and easy to get to. And she clearly adores all of the dogs. They make her smile and laugh and in turn that makes us all love our pups even more.

They are loved, play with many other pups and play all day in a big backyard. The girls come home exhausted and happy. We have had to travel a bunch this year and Inhsce not felt guilty leaving them knowing they are so well cared for. We will use Anne and Dave happily as long as they are available.

When I came back, my puppy was happy and seemed like she had a lot of fun! The prices are reasonable for doggie daycare. The spa prices seemed a bit high though. I do wish they offered half day doggie daycare prices but they do not. It appeared to be clean and didn't smell of urine like some of the doggie daycares do.

No one told me that…read moremy dog had to be neutered in order to go to Camp BW, until I got there; they referred me to Stayners instead (locally owned). My Dane use to have issues with other dogs, but after his first time at Stayners (which was free), I bought a package and my Dane has no issues with other dogs now . The fake turf yard is amazingly huge. They have multiple yards I.e.- a ball yard, small dog yard, assertive dog yards, and introductory kennels. They have over the top friendly staff, which 2 staffers, are always watching the dogs with spray bottles. They have a covered area for dogs to cool of under and every other hour they take my Dane in to relax. I highly recommend this doggie camp!!

I recently boarded my one year old boxer and older GSP here while out of town for a long weekend…read more My boxer, Chief, has been socialized nonstop since he was 11 weeks old, and is the friendliest and sweetest boy. When I picked him up the owner told me that my dog was the best behaved boxer he'd ever encountered.. and then told me that he hadn't been in a fight, but that he had sustained some scratches on his neck because of a puppy he was playing with. I tried to get a good look at the facility, but my GSP was running circles around me and tangling me up with her leash... and to be honest I didn't expect anything too bad. I've seen my boy wrestle with big pups at the dog park since he was tiny, and he's had a scrape or two but for the most parts dogs seem to know their limits. But after getting Chief home and getting a better look at his wounds, I simply can't believe that they were inflicted by playtime with a puppy. He's been in plenty of very rowdy play-fights at dog parks and has never sustained wounds like that. It kept opening up and bleeding for two days after we brought him home. I can't understand how, if the playtime is supervised as their website states, the aggressive behavior was allowed to go so far before someone intervened. When I dropped off my dogs the three employees there were all watching something on an iPad... apparently that is the norm for their "constant supervision". I emailed them to voice these concerns prior to writing a negative review, as I wanted to give them a chance to defend themselves... zero response. I'm lucky my sweet puppy wasn't more seriously injured, and will certainly not ever trust this facility with my fur babies again. If you have any love for your pets at all you'll take your business elsewhere.

She loved to go to "school" and socialize with her friends! We loved that shot records are required so you know that your tiny pup is in no danger of Parvovirus. We finished puppy one and actually went straight into puppy two. Sheba learned SO much in both classes, she is a joy to be around because of her training. Lou is patient yet firm and knows when to push to pups and when they need a break. Just like the "kids" they are, not everyday is their best learning day and sometimes they need a break. He also uses positive reinforcement training never aggression. Sheba now goes to "daycare" three days a week and it is AMAZING! Not only does she come home exhausted from playing but she has learned how to properly play and socialize with other dogs. We cannot say enough about how amazing good citizen is!!!
