I ended up having to take him to another vet, redo all testing, and pay additional costs just to get him proper care. To make matters worse, their records were inaccurate -- stating medication was given in-office when I actually administered it at home. What's most frustrating is that after all of this, there was no accountability and no effort made to rectify the situation -- no solutions, no compensation, nothing. The biggest issue here isn't just the cost, it's the lack of communication, urgency, and basic care when my pet's health was at risk. I trusted them based on a prior good experience, but this time was completely different. I wouldn't trust them with a pet ever again.
