At my rescheduled appointment- overall the office felt unprofessional (very loud music and staff behavior not appropriate for a clinical setting). My biggest concern was my son's visit. He was scheduled for a scaling/gingivitis cleaning, but the entire procedure was completed in 18 minutes. That seems unusually quick for that type of treatment. When I asked about it, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, and the explanation I received did not address my concerns. On top of the front desk staff person that was checking people out was beyond rude and unprofessional.
