At my rescheduled appointment- overall the office felt unprofessional (very loud music and staff behavior not appropriate for a clinical setting). My biggest concern was my son's visit. He was scheduled for a scaling/gingivitis cleaning, but the entire procedure was completed in 18 minutes. That seems unusually quick for that type of treatment.
