Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!! They made an internal decision to have a different product that apparently costs them more which means pricing needs to be increased. That alone is completely understandable but then that would be pricing moving forward. It was very disappointing. I spoke to her at a farmers market and she seems like a fantastic woman just not impressed with this business management.
