There were 4 people making smoothies I guess for call in orders, not sure I was the only one in the store. No one greeted me When the girl came to take my order she didn't even look at me but said what's your order? Being new at ordering I told her what someone recommended me to get. She indicated I got two choices to put in this smoothie, but I asked her OK. What are the two choices? She seemed very perturbed like I was wasting her time as she handed me the flyer to read the choices. She asked me my name. I sat down when my smoothie was done, the person who made my smoothie lightly said my name put it on the counter did not make eye contact It was like everybody in there had had a huge argument with each other. Everybody was mad at each other and they weren't about to crack a smile make anyone feel welcome that walked in or make an eye contact. I'm leaving the review because being my first time customer this was not the experience that makes me wanna go Perhaps the manager will read this give everyone a raise maybe that would make them happier?

First found Clean Juice while visiting from out of town and working out at Orange Theory. Clean…read moreJuice is everything ALL juice bars should be: fresh and 100% USDA certified organic. Now that I live here, I go here regularly and on one of my recent visits I noticed some changes to the inside. The guy helping me, Anthony, explained that he was the new owner and filled me in some more on the Clean Juice story and his family's journey in operating this location. So far it seems like all the changes have been positive and it's only going to get better and better. I wish every town had a Clean Juice since no other juice bars are USDA certified organic. Anthony said he'd just gone through an Organic Audit and it was extremely thorough. By eating organic juice and smoothies you know your ingredients are pesticide free, among other benefits, which is really important. This visit was specifically to try the 2023 Knoxville Vegan Challenge menu item: The Veggie Wrap. Also had a Basic One smoothie. Both were delicious, as everything I've ever tried here has been.

The young people working there were so hospitable and helpful, and after going with their recommendation, the Berry bowl, I was very satisfied. The shop itself is quaint, but I had to take mine to go as I was on a lunch hour heading to Oak Ridge for business. I will definitely return and try another combo. The one thing that made a huge difference for me was how cheerfully one of the servers replaced the toppings I had. It's standard for peanut butter to be on there and I'm not a fan. Overall, it was a great experience and it tastes yummy.
