She told me she would call me back... She didn't. Hours later, still in a lot of pain, I called them back, explained the situation to another receptionist and was told "she's still calling people back". No-one called me back... at all. Both receptionists sounded inept and "couldn't care less". ' Won't be back!

This is the first time I have written a review but feel strongly enough to do so in hopes others…read moremight read and ask to book with a different dentist. The office staff is always great! No complaints on hygienists or any of the ladies up front. Dr. Eades was awful! He told me I needed work done and when I asked follow-up questions he walked out while I was talking. I asked the hygienist to please have him come back in to which I was told he doesn't like to have to come back in. He was even ruder the second time. I wanted to know which two teeth needed the fillings as he was giving letters and numbers. When I asked what those meant he told me "they're letters!" He continued to talk down to me (the nerve makes the tooth hurt, so you even know how a tooth works!) and left again when he was done talking. The sweet hygienist explained everything to me and answered any questions she could. Will never see him again!

They did return them for correction however, they heightened the teeth into the gums so the result were the same. They did not honor correcting them correctly and said i would have to pay for new ones. The dental assistant was the one who measured incorrectly and apparently did not know what she was doing. They marked on my face witj permanent marker then laughed about it. I have all evidence supporting everything I am saying, even a tape of a rude conversation with the incompetent dental assistant. I suspect they send their dental work overseas due to the inordinate amout of time it took to get impression plates, over a month. Beware Beware

I was in Knoxville last week on a work trip when my dental cap unexpectedly came off. Since my…read moredentist is in Florida and my insurance cards were at home, I tried to tough it out, but by Thursday, August 28th, the pain was unbearable. I googled nearby clinics and found Beaver Creek Dental Care. From the moment I called, they were incredibly compassionate. The receptionist was so kind and got me in immediately, even helping me through the paperwork. Since I didn't have my insurance, I was told I'd have to pay out of pocket, but at that point all I wanted was relief. Tevia, the dental assistant, was amazing. For the first time in my dental experience, someone applied numbing gel before even taking the X-ray. She was attentive, sweet, and worked quickly while listening to my concerns. Then I met Dr. Reagan McNerney. She was an absolute blessing. After hearing my situation, she gave me two options: prescribe medication and discount the X-ray so I could wait until I got back to my dentist in Florida, or reattach the cap right away. I chose to have her put the cap back on, and before proceeding, she personally checked in with the front desk to make sure the cost would be reasonable for me. To my surprise, Dr. McNerney went above and beyond--she lowered the cost significantly to help me out, understanding I was just visiting and would continue treatment back home. Within minutes, the procedure was done seamlessly. She even had my prescription ready so I could pick it up right after. Dr. McNerney's kindness and generosity truly restored my faith in humanity. She didn't take advantage of my situation; instead, she cared for me like I was a longtime patient. I left feeling respected, valued, and deeply grateful. Thank you, Dr. McNerney, Tevia, and the Beaver Creek Dental Care team, for turning such a painful experience into one of compassion and genuine care. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

When I texted the closed (for the holidays) office with concerns about my cracked tooth and antibiotics, he saw my message and quickly responded with a phone call and answers to my questions. The office is efficient and the staff is friendly as well. Would I recommend them? Cant speak for the other dentists, but for Dr. Goglia -- heck yes!

Dr O'Hara has been kind and welcoming from the first time I met her. I have also met with Dr Kennedy when Dr O'Hara was unavailable and he too was so personable and explained every step of the process. I have never felt judged at this office and the doctors are always so kind and make me feel like we are friends. After an initial appt, i was diagnosed to be needing a deep cleaning and that this would be needed before i would get the filling that was needed. So i was scheduled a month out.... guess what? It was just another examination, and 2 more scheduling appointments, again, all before i would get a filling in a tooth that has been throbbing to the point of feeling like it hit a nerve... 3 months later, 4 appts in, still have not gotten the filling needed. The normal dentist was not available, so i was dealing with a crackpot tim walz meets dr kravokian reject, that insisted on my wisdom teeth being removed as mandatory. I refused this treatment 3 seperate times, yet he persisted. I was told he would be doing my fillings today after my 2nd part cleaning.. clearly i was not going to let this halloween character anywhere near my mouth again so i commited to rescheduling yet again as my only option. Fast forward to the ending... now have been charged over $500 out of pocket. And they want me to come back for another follow up cleaning (the racket is real, they just want to extort money). So i try and reschedule the fillings.... they claim they only do 2 at a time.... okay so i ask which ones... they mention 2 in the back of my mouth. I reassrt the fact that ive only gone thru the 3 months of nonsense in hopes to fix a tooth ache in the front of my mouth. They claim i have no "dental plan of action" for that tooth.... so clearly they never had any interest in fixing/addressing my toothache... Their only concern was scheduling appt #5 and #6, and trying to insist that i need voluntary tooth extraction for all four wisdom teeth. If i was a moron, id be $8000 out of pocket by years end, and still with a #22 chronic tooth ache. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, USE THIS DENTRISTY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Upon my first visit with Dr. Michael J. Solly on August 5th, 2024, I was so very impressed with his…read moredental hygenist, Angie with my teeth cleaning and attention to details. She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT! She then took my details, and when asked, repeated them back to me. She told me she would call me back... She didn't, at all.... and I'm left, in a lot of pain, to continue, phoning other dentists...
