That was a decent beer for me but a tad sweeter than I like as you could taste the hints of honey. I didnt have any food this time but they do have Taco Tuesday here and all tacos are $5.50 all day. I'll try the food next time I am here. I deducted one star because I had an odd conversation with the guy who served me. I asked him what time the bar closes and he told me 9pm and I said oh thats a bit early, and then he says look around you, see anyone coming in and I was like ok. He then said all of San Diego was like this and Im like yea? What about downtown? Then he paused and said oh this is a residential neighborhood. I didnt appreciate him being snarky honestly. Could have just told me hey its a suburban neighborhood, no need to try to tell me some incorrect information. I honestly shouldn't have tipped him at all. My boyfriend and I ordered two rounds of Stella Artois, and I thought the beers both times weren't that great. The two rounds didn't have the nice malt sweetness.
