It's not fancy, but she is so good at what she does and her prices are very reasonable I highly recommend her. This week I had her do a very natural looking eyeliner. She made sure to show me the shape before she started and she is excellent at color matching. My brows look very natural and exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere of the spa isn't the most appealing but it is always clean, which matters most to me. Honestly, Judy's talent and fair pricing make it completely worth it. I am willing to overlook the vibe because her work is that good. I highly recommend Judy to anyone considering microblading, especially if you want a shape and color that truly suit your face without ever looking overdone.

Coming back with an update because it feels important to give recognition where it's due…read more I've had services with about five different stylists here, and I've always had a great experience. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up.

The staff was welcoming and the young lady who did my eyebrow threading was friendly and took time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Side note: it may be a challenge to book through their online portal but no worries once you provide your information the vendor contacts you directly via text to schedule your appointment.

I was given an appointment with the owner's daughter. I already have my eyeliner done both…read moretop/bottom as well as my eyebrows and I'd had them touched-up by the same person in Chgo. for 20 years. As I was now living in Florida, this would be my first experience w/someone else. First, she was 20 minutes late in arriving to the appt. Second, she didn't bother to even introduce herself. She asked me to follow her into the room, looked over my face never saying ONE WORD. Her attitude was such that she appeared to be bothered that she had to come in to take care of me. Third, after I told her I wanted my eyeliner touched up she proceeded to take out her instruments and mix colors w/out having any conversation with me about what I wanted/needed colors, nothing. When I did start to discuss w/her, she was condescending and proceeded to explain to me that she had been tattooing since she was 15 and snarked about already knowing what she was doing before even receiving her certification (as if to say "shut up I know what I'm doing") and proceeded to absolutely JACK UP my eyeliner (top and bottom). 1. She made my line thicker (though I never asked her to). 2. She was so heavy handed with the needle that the ink ended up migrating both above and below. 3. I ended up having to go back 3xs in an attempt to fix the ink migration. 4. I never was able to get the shaky hand/crooked liner fixed. I had to call and speak w/her mother (the owner) to explain myself, and have this disaster fixed. I did not want her daughter to touch me! But the owner insisted her daughter was the best person to fix this issue. After the 3rd visit to attempt to fix the migration, COVID kicked-in. I was never able to go back as I ended up moving out of state (and quite frankly I just didn't want her to touch my face anymore). Honestly, her entire attitude that day was as though she'd had a fight w/her partner and took it out on my face. Needless to say, my ink is still migrated in some places and if you look closely, you can see her shaky hand in her line work. THE WORST!! She should lose her license (and consider buying herself a nicer personality). My opinion. Don't go. It's not inexpensive and more importantly, it's YOUR FACE! It's the fist thing people see and if you want yours to not end up like mine, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE FOR THIS PROCEDURE.

The salon is very clean and they have a lot of products available. The other stylists are very friendly and the front desk reception is great. Over the years their technology has improved and you get text reminders for your appt which is super helpful as someone that sometimes forgets to put it on my calendar Walk-ins are welcome but I think making an appt is preferable. My hairdresser Cheryl is great and very flexible. Great with color cuts, Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments (all of which I've gotten at some point). They are pricey for me but I have a lot of hair so I expect it I also love that she is collaborative and knows a lot about hair. I've not used any of the other stylists there but what I can say is they all have regulars, as I've seen a lot of repeat customers the various times I've gone to get my hair done.

It was $50, and the consultation cost will apply towards your procedure if you elect to have a service done. With Victoria I looked at images from past clients to see their styles, talked about the appearance, application process, and post process healing in great detail. I'll say this, Victoria is foremost an artist with people's faces and understands eye and face shapes with great depth. This is not the kind of place you run in, have permanent makeup put on, then next customer. The attention on you and the details of your service are purely in focus with her. My permanent eyeliner is healing up nicely and it looks very natural and soft. Not the harshness I have seen from other places when I researched it online, just clean, delicate liner that is super flattering and makes your daily routine easier. Victoria provides great aftercare products and instructions. Victoria is a very skilled pigment artist that also covers wounds and scars with natural pigment permanent makeup on skin. For breast cancer reconstruction there is areola permanent makeup to recreate the appearance of the breast area. It's amazing work that she does to make people feel confident! For Pulse shooting victims impacted by bullet scars, Victoria has donated her services to cover bullet wounds with matching skin pigment to make their physical scars less noticeable. If you're considering permanent makeup, this is the place you need to select. 100% quality, clean, professional, and gorgeous results.

What I received was nowhere near that. The lashes were sparse, basic, and looked more like an entry-level set -- not a full, bold strip-lash effect by any stretch. The price was astronomical for the level of mediocrity that was delivered. To make matters worse, I paid for a master-level lash tech, but the work clearly reflected that of a newbie. If I had known my lashes would be done by someone without the skill level I was charged for, I would never have agreed to the service. When you're charging premium prices, the results should match.
