We did not have any food there and only enjoyed their beverages. The experience was OK, but not amazing as the place was fairly empty when we arrived. The staff and owner were very friendly and we enjoyed their conversation. The wine and beverages were a little pricey, but not extravagant. The experience of pouring your own wine from a machine makes it easy and fast, but the experience seems to be lacking as it seems very automated. It's hard to explain, but it's something about having somebody pour your wine versus it coming out of a machine. Somebody mentioned it has a gas station feel. The place has a large seating area and could accommodate a very large group of people, if needed. Since it was winter, we did not venture outside to see the nature surrounding the place. I can only imagine that this place does hold some unique views in the daylight and summer. I can't say we will return, but I can't say we won't return. If the mood strikes us, we might try this place again to see it in a different light. I would recommend you trying it out for yourself and seeing if you like it or not. Again, the owner and staff definitely make the place more special.

Great signage off the main road, and a gravel twisty turn driveway back to the barn. Large parking lot and a 1974 FORD displayed out front. A perfect place to take a picture. The business was founded to highlight the state's winemakers. They showcase selections from the five distinct American Viticulture Areas (AVAs) in Michigan, with the wines and ciders rotating frequently. When we arrived we were greeted kindly by Becky who walked us through using the machine. She took a credit card number and issued us a card that is used to dispense the wine. This concept of a self-serve wine machine was interactive and a fun way to taste a variety of different wines. I found myself enjoying more of the fruit and sweet wines. Especially the Concord grape yummmmmmm. You are only charged for what is dispensed. In addition to wine, they offer food selections like charcuterie and dessert plates as well. I really was impressed that the owner Jeff made his way to our table and spoke with us. We felt very welcomed and definitely plan on coming back soon. Will keep an eye on their Facebook page for up and coming events!

Says it is open. Drove from Knoxville Tennessee to make this one of our stops and the gate had chains on it and no answer when you call!

If you're fully understanding that this place will be packed, overpriced and a tourist trap, then…read moreyou should be fine. Our blood pressure immediately rose seeing the semi-organized chaos. We have done many farms/orchards and this one was bottom of the list unfortunately. We dropped by the winery and it felt like you were transported to a 2004 club with the tacky lights mixed with a clammy dungeon feel. Although it was $10 for 5 tastings, the ambiance negated the price. (The only decently priced feature.) If you have kids, they will for sure be stimulated and you're good to go. But otherwise for adults that want delicious cider, donuts and a calm u-pick experience, check out Famhaus Farms for a cleaner and more serene experience.

Robinette's featured a small kids play area, apple picking, hard cider/wine in the bottom of the barn (note that alcohol cannot leave this space), a farm store, apple cider pressing on site (loved seeing this firsthand!) and a bakery with classic items like apple fritters and donuts. We grabbed an apple cider slushy and enjoyed some time in the playscape as well as a walk through the orchard. It was quite busy during our visit. Too bad you can't bring the alcoholic beverages out of the space. They also had a handful of farm animals in a petting area which was great for the kiddos.

Eventually a few other couples showed up and we moved from inside to outside. There were several outdoor areas to choose from to sit. It was very quiet and peaceful out there. It is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. There are also several places to sit inside. There is a bar, and several tables. They have beer, wine, cider, sangria, and even a cider slushy, and Bloody Mary made out of wine. There is a double-sided menu with so many choices that there is definitely something for everyone. I chose to get a flight of 4 things - you can mix and match whatever you want and it was only $7. I chose wine, cider, and (Caramel Apple) Sangria! Everything that I had was absolutely delicious. The customer service was also great - very friendly person working that day and she let us have a couple tastes before deciding what we wanted to drink. I will definitely go back if I am in the area.

We had wonderful conversation with our server, sorry I can't remember her name and the manager (?). Nice ladies. I tried 2 white and 2 reds from the "dry" menu and hubby tried 4 reds, also from the dry menu. We ended up purchasing 1 white (The Big G) and 2 reds (Capricious and Red Cap-?). So now I'm looking forward to a steak at home with these reds! There's not much else in the area but this was a fun pit stop for our trip towards Muskegon. Would definitely stop by again if we're the in this area again Parking is ample (we visited in March and it was so not many visitors). Prices are good, 2 flights and 3 bottles was around $60. They do have charcuterie, cheese and crackers and one or two dips. We didn't get any food but just know that's available. If you're in the area or passing through this place is worth the visit.
