So I stopped a few days ago for another road trip and met the owner. He's just as kind as the employees he hired to work there. Great ambiance, lots of nice things available to buy as well as the great foods they serve. Really charming local joint loaded with great people. More recently I wanted a pistachio latte but I also wanted mocha and the friendly barista suggested a pistachio mocha latte which I proceeded to order at other Starbucks' all weekend on my trip to Phoenix, Sedona & Flagstaff, and while it's a great drink, none were as good as the one I had in Wickenburg. Capital Farms has parking off the main street in front of the restaurant and also a private lot behind the restaurant. We pulled into the back parking lot seeing that it was busy on the Saturday we visited. This is a little market selling local, clean food and desserts from around the Valley. They only use Corriente Beef here. This is a smaller, more muscular rodeo beef. They offer the beef tallow in buckets or smaller jars for purchase here as well. The tallow is used on their burger buns if you order a burger, which makes them even more delicious. After checking out the menu at the front door or grabbing a laminated menu sheet when you walk in, make your way to the counter to order. We all ordered a different kind of burger. My son and I really love smashburgers so this was a five out of five for us. My husband likes the more traditional, thick juicy burger so he wasn't as much of a fan. This was just a fun trip to experience something new in a small town in the NW near the Valley and we loved it. On our way out, we stopped in at the gender neutral restroom located at the back of the store. There's limited seating inside along the window, but there is plenty of shaded patio seating that wraps around the front and side of the restaurant.

The staff were awesome and for a Sunday morning we didn't have to wait in line and the food came fast. We will definitely be making the drive up to wickenburg again. This is not restaurant related but I would recommend going on a Saturday instead of Sunday, because more shops are open and you can do more than one slower Sunday.
