Luckily we got there early, as in 9am because the people just kept coming. Small diner with really good food. I love me a good biscuits and gravy when traveling. The gravy is phenomenal!!!! Best I've had!!!!! The place was packed with two servers, they were hustlin'. They kept their cool and provided good service. As you can see by the pictures they don't skimp on portions. That's one biscuit under all that gravy. First time in all my times ordering this dish elsewhere that I didn't have to ask for more gravy. You have to eat here if you make to Wickenburg

First time here. I ordered the chicken fried steak with over easy eggs, home fries and sourdough toast. The check was perfectly cook with a great peppered gravy. The home fries and eggs were perfectly cooked as well. The service was spot on and they made sure you we were taking care of and had everything we needed. The ambiance was your normal café chatter.

Lisa our Server is a "Stitch" great sense of humor and very helpful. Ambiance is unique, seat yourself, NO Checks, NO Exceptions Quality meat used in all meat dishes and meals. No beer, wine or alcohol. Great place to meet fun loving customers. The servings are plentiful, you won't go away hungry! Burgers are To Die For! Onion Rings are SUPER

Was on the way to Vegas from Phoenix and stopped at Horseshoe Café along the way, After checking out the menu I knew I wanted some biscuits and gravy. But I had looked around and saw they don't play with the size of them biscuits, so I went with a 1/2 order. The 1/2 order is just ONE biscuit SMOOTHERED in sausage gravy. I also got a side of home fries, cuz every breakfast needs potatoes. These biscuits and gravy were DELISH!! But even with just one biscuit it was too much for me. Horseshoe Café is a small place and does get packed on the weekends, but we really didn't have to long of wait. Glad to have stopped by and given them a try!

Here we are, back at the Horseshoe Cafe on our way to Las Vegas for our annual anniversary trip. It feels like this is where everyone in Wickenburg comes to eat, because it's, always full of people. "Why?' you might ask. Because the food is, amazing and scratch made with love, the portion sizes are great, the service is, friendly because the owners run the restaurant, and the atmosphere is, upbeat and cheerful. There are also funny signs on the walls to keep you amused while your food is being prepared. For me, it's always going to be the Country Fried steak and eggs (if you know, you know) and my sweetheart will have scrambled aggs and French toast. It's all wonderful. If you're hungry in Wickenburg for breakfast or lunch you'd be foolish to pass this place up!

My husband had the breakfast burrito with chorizo, fried taters

It's a small cafe, the atmosphere is western, and laid back, the people are friendly, we really enjoyed our food, and looking at the cafe itself! The food was delicious and we will be back! Service was great, food was made fresh, nothing waiting in a window!

1 pancake after 4 people had a portion!!!

On our way to Kingman, we stopped for breakfast at this little restaurant. Brenda, our waitress, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. The food reminded us of a homemade Sunday breakfast at grandma's house, with everything made from scratch, including the hamburger patties. The patty melt was one of the best I've ever had. Our whole family was thrilled with their meals, and the coffee and tea were delicious. We'll definitely make this a regular stop on our trips between Phoenix and Kingman!

Big giant pancake .. pretty good!

Terrible service. Two old ladies standing around talking. Left without even getting menus offered. Go across street to Spur Cafe instead

Breakfast was just ok. Nothing special but by no means bad. Pretty much a hole in the wall place but still good.

Visited 12/26/2025…read more Loretta and I found a favorite Place for Chicken Fried Steak. We didn't think anywhere in AZ could beat CrossRoads Cafe in Parker AZ for home made Country Fried Steak & Gravy. Has been our favorite for many years but now Spurs Cafe in Wickenburg has taken our hearts. Magnificent Food, Great Service. A Very Special Place. Spurs Cafe https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fg%2F11fhxzg7kt&hl=en-US&q=Spurs%20Cafe&shndl=30&shem=ptotplc&source=sh%2Fx%2Floc%2Fosrp%2Fm1%2F3&kgs=f39015da11962027 Only a little over an hour from here in Brenda AZ this historic little country Cafe was Amazing. Loretta ordered A Side Order of Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy only $9.00 Fantastic Seasoning nothing more needed and Covered most of the plate. The price was a surprise for this sized serving. Big enough for two. I chose The Meat Lovers Omelette with Spicy Potatoes and wasn't disappointed. $16.00 Very filling for sure. We also got a side of Fries $4.00 and Onion Rings $5.00 Both were perfectly fried and seasoned. It's well worth the drive for the best CF Steak we have ever had. Also Amazing Service. Can't wait to return and try Lunch.

Everywhere I could find online says Rancho Bar 7 allow dogs but they don't. I don't know how good…read morethe food is but it was a bummer because we had this listed as a destination spot on our way through town. Please update your online and Yelp info as it was the second such place in town that is listed as dog-friendly but it's not true. To be clear, we have two tiny dogs in a stroller and it was still a no-go. Super hangry and frustrating situation with little to zero apologies from the staff after I said it was listed as such online Even if the weather allowed us to leave them in the car, I wouldn't go back.

My wife and I ate at the bar and had the pleasure of having service delivered by Jon (Jonathan)…read more We're from out of town and he was just as warm and welcoming to us as if we'd been coming there as locals for years. He greeted us promptly (pretty important in a bar situation), asked us if we planned on having food as well as drinks, and got our experience off on the right foot immediately. John was really helpful with menu knowledge and recommendations and he was personable and easy to talk to. Managed to check on us periodically despite having a pretty full bar room to manage. He did it all smoothly. The food exceeded our expectations too! Sure I just got a burger and fries but the burger was excellent, juicy, cooked exactly to my medium well preference, and the bacon was memorably good (I just got American cheese and bacon). I liked having the pickles, lettuce, and tomato on the side and he even asked in advance what condiments I wanted (sometimes I have to chase down a server after they deliver the burger and ask for mayo or mustard, not here). The fries were pretty good as well. My wife got the steak with rice and both were really good (the rice wasn't all that hot in temperature but still really tasty). Steak really was delicious and done to perfect medium well again. The carrots that accompanied the steak were great too! And the drinks were great, too! Pinot Grigio was really good and very reasonably priced and I had a great huckleberry peach margarita; my wife loved her whiskey (I think it was Pendleton Reserve maybe?). The friendly and welcoming ambiance didn't stop with Jon, either. Every server and staff member we interacted with was great. We had a really great time here and plan to return here the very next day on our last night in Wickenburg. P.S. I appreciate that the receipt had the largest font on a restaurant receipt that I've ever seenx

Had some great BBQ there weeks ago with a friend. Yeah 5 stars!! But…read more..... Wanted to take wife now. She's in a wheelchair uses a "real" certified, vested, helper service dog from an accredited ADI facility. A man met us at the door and said we could not bring a dog in there. I tried to explain the ADA rules but they didn't budge. We left the entrance. At that point I wouldn't eat there anyway, if he suddenly changed his mind!! But, thinking back, the place is really small and laid out strange. I would have probably had to take her back outside to the car or eat outside somewhere. At least she would have smelled the great aroma in there. Being denied happens too often. Motels and Chinese mostly. So rather than knuckling under this time,....I calmy called the local police. They investigated and gave me an incident number. Mentioned I could report it to ADA, & reference that number. I'm sorry the people felt that way but the rules have changed years ago. I also realize and empathize that people with purse puppies and ESA's ruin things for people with legitimate service animals. Real ones are well behaved, clean, calm and up to date on all shots, ....not a slobbering mutt or a barking idiot. I wish the business well but without my business. Zero stars for that, & overall averages to 3, I think that's being reasonable.
