Getting here you really need a car as it is not idealistic to take public transit since there's not a station nearby. This is a massive warehouse. The front area has a small produce selection, massive frozen choices and some dry goods on the other side. The back side mainly consists of bulk items for those that run shops. It's highly recommended to come earlier because according to some friends, there have been days where just about everything was out of stock. So do be aware of this. There's a selection of vegetables, tofus, meats, desserts in the fresh produce. The frozen section is incredibly massive and has just about everything you are looking for! Dumplings, cakes, meats, fish balls of all sorts, etc. The dry goods have a nice variety of noodles, sauces, spices and snacks! As of right now they are rather short on staff so the queue is a pretty long at the moment! Overall pretty good first impression since I came and everything is well stocked. There are a few gift type shelves with ornaments and random tat, for instance I looked a few times at a small statue of a westie wearing a jumper which might have gone with the rest of my mum's weird china dog collection, but I resisted. Price wise you should not expect to part with a few pounds for most items in the shop. A majority are cheaper than you would find them in most other shops and aren't great quality but will probably last long enough to say you've had your moneys worth. Parking outside the shop is a big no-no as that section of Bexley Road is very narrow and even the slightest obstruction brings the whole village to a standstill. The best place to park is the pay and display car park in Mill Road just a short walk away.

If you have children they're a good alternative for getting cute stuff that won't break the bank and you won't cry for discarding at the charity shop after a few weeks as kids grow so fast. One of my most frequent purchases there are thighs, as for the price they are THE BEST in town - trust me on that, 200 denier soft as silk for less than three quid? You can't possibly beat that. Second come the wet tissues, the "deep cleansing" ones are AMAZING for removing make up and cost only 50p a pack. Sometimes they have branded stuff going for peanuts; bough a TokiDoki pen case and a Paul Frank iPad case for 2 pounds each. Some shoes are surprisingly good and lasting for the price (you'll have to dig through a LOT of junk, though), but all the bags scream CHEAP - I'd give them a wide berth, along with the more "trendy" stuff that just looks like the poor man's version of what you'll find on higher end shops on the high street. Knowing what NOT to buy there is an art, and as soon as you get your wits about it Primark becomes a treasure. ;)

After over 22 weeks and a nightmare…read morescenario of constantly chasing the furniture is eventually delivered but unfortunately not to the specification as ordered - wrong handles, wrong hinges, wrong sizes - although they did get the colour right. They delivered the furniture and took off. I am still dealing with the retailers bank over getting my money back for rubbish goods and service and in the meantime am stuck with expensive 'not fit for purpose' furniture. Use this shop at your peril.
