5-Star service!!! I was desperately in search of a new item which was to be a gift needed BEFORE Thanksgiving. It was only available online with a December 1 delivery date or from two Pottery Barn stores in Colorado and Wisconsin. I'm so glad I took a chance on the Colorado Springs Pottery Barn. Lena went above and beyond to help me. Having not seen this item in person, she gave an honest and accurate description of the item. She shipped it out to me that day along with gift wrapping supplies, packing materials and a gift receipt. Lena saved the day and really impressed me with her commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. What's more? My order didn't just arrive as promised - it was delivered early!!! Thank you, Lena! read more

They sold me a $5000+ sectional with down wrapped cushions. I discovered that two of the cushions were not down wrapped and have started to break down. Since I didn't take the couch apart and check within the first year I got it, they say they are no longer liable to provide the actual materials that I paid for. It seems short sighted to throw away a years long customer over two couch cushions, but that is the decision they made after over an hour of my time trying to resolve the issue. Go to Arhaus or Crate & Barrel. read more

It doesn't matter how many times I go to the store. I've been in Colorado Springs for seven years and every single time I go in there the women act like they don't know what they're doing at the register. I can't tell you how many times they have to refund and redo something if you ask them if you have rewards, they don't know how to look it up. They act like it's their first day there it's constant by the time I get to the register and I go through that I can't wait to freaking leave the store this store is so disappointing every time I go in it get your shit together. read more

Don't order furniture from this business!! My review only pertains to the order fulfillment side, and not the retail side - my experience with the store employees was generally fine. On July 13, 2025 I ordered a full living room set including sofa, two chairs, coffee table, console table and end table. Initial delivery was estimated to be between November 12-26 as all pieces had to be delivered together. On July 27 the two chairs were canceled with the explanation that "the order didn't drop properly" whatever that means. I reordered the chairs on July 28, which put delivery of the entire order out to November 29 - December 11. On August 10 the second order of chairs was canceled because the vendor was unable to get the fabric. At this point I requested that the sofa be canceled as well, as there was no way to get matching sofa and chairs. Initially my request was denied as this was a "special order", but after escalation the sofa was canceled and I received a refund for that piece. On August 12, the side table was canceled. However the coffee table and console table still showed active, ready to ship between August 3 - 17. On September 2, I visited the store to find out why the coffee and console tables had not been delivered. I was told that the delivery team had attempted to contact me to schedule (a bold-faced lie) and that delivery had not been scheduled because the warehouse/delivery team was still waiting for the pieces that had been canceled. Ultimately I was told that delivery would now be scheduled for September 10. On September 10 I took the day off from work ... and of course no delivery took place. I contacted Customer Service and was told that there was no delivery scheduled for September 10 or any other date. The agent scheduled delivery for September 17, which did occur. On September 19 I wrote to the Area Manager by email describing my dissatisfaction and requested a refund of the $299 delivery charge as I had lost a full day of work and had more than enough frustration. As of today, October 4, I have not received any communication or follow up from Pottery Barn, so this review will appear everywhere I can post it . Additionally I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I'm very disappointed with Pottery Barn's customer service. I purchased a vase that caused permanent damage to my brand-new RH table because it leaked water -- even though there was no warning on the website that it shouldn't be used with water. I contacted their representative several times and sent multiple detailed emails over the course of a month, but received no meaningful reply or accountability. After all that, the only suggestion was to return the vase, which completely ignores the real issue. For a brand that promotes itself as premium, this level of service and responsibility is unacceptable. read more

staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in this location! I love the selection of items they have available

I've been to this Pottery Barn before but never purchased anything until today. What's great about this PB and most others I've been to is that I'm always greeted by someone. It makes for a warm and inviting shopping atmosphere. I came to return a rug sample they rented out to me because I was considering having an area rug custom made but it didn't work out. After my return I browsed around and saw some beautiful dessert white bowls that would go well with my existing dinnerware. I purchased a set and was amazed at how inexpensive they were-- they were priced just as low as something you'd find at Target. My total came to $41 and you simply can't beat that for high quality kitchen goods. I look forward to coming back in late fall or winter when they have more sales going and Christmas decor! It's 2 thumbs way up for beautiful Pottery Barn! read more

Pottery Barn - Beautiful white snack bowls! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Colorado Springs, Colorado

Worst customer service I have encountered in The Springs. Every time I walk in they ignore customers and you literally have to run after them to ask a question. Their products are fairly high quality but they seem to hire people who don't want to actually sell something or at a minimum welcome you in. read more

Regret not reading previous reviews. My Bad. If you must but from Pottery Barn, go on line to buy. At least with corporate they set in mechanisms to address complaints/issues. The store staff is indifferent. The staff has empathy but act as though there hands are tied. Avoid the location. Otherwise caveat emptor. read more

Let's face it...Colorado Springs is no bueno when it comes to shopping...this area is the only high end experience to be had. That being said, I went to this Pottery Barn location last week and was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm...that's saying a lot since most West Elm locations(owned by pottery Barn) are less than a pleasant experience. Someone helped me with exhausting questions and guided me to the right sofa purchase. It was as a great experience!!!! Really!!!!! Can't wait to get my new furniture! read more

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH COLORADO SPRINGS POTTERY BARN DO NOT ASK FOR A FREE DESIGNER TO COME TO YOUR HOME. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM on a Sunday. I received a call at 1 PM from the store manager stating there was a glitch on the store's end. I was then put on the phone with the designer who was supposed to be coming to my home, and she had a nasty attitude. I called back and asked for the manager who had an even worse attitude. Both the manager and the designer made excuses about being too busy... Called corporate customer service and hung up after being put on hold for 10 minutes. (I was still waiting). read more

I ordered a sectional from PB. The quality of the fabric is so poor, it began to fray within a few days of receiving it. Against my better judgment, I allowed PB to reorder seat casings however, they sent the wrong ones. Now, I'm being ghosted by GM and DM of this location as they will not reply to my numerous attempts to reach a resolution. I would strongly recommend other retailers for furniture as this experience has been beyond disappointing and frustrating. read more

Some horrid, snooty staff members! I just came straight from my kids' swim meet at Air Force Academy wearing athletic gear and flip flops (it's super hot at the swim center and I was timing poolside). When I walked in to quickly grab a pickup order from online, the first member of staff looked me up and down, didn't say welcome or ask if she could help. I walked over to the desk for my order and the lady at the desk just rudely said 'I'm on the phone'. She had the phone at her ear but wasn't actually talking. She could have said it politely, or apologetically, or smiled, or offered for someone else to come and help me. Thankfully, I usually collect from a different store and this was a one off for me for convenience. Unbelievably snooty staff, who seem to be under the misguided impression that your outfit determines more about your worth or wealth than your actions do. You have been warned!! Get your Louboutins on and your LV handbags out before you shop here! ;) read more

Your products are cool, but your store seems always understaffed. I offered to leave and come back to make a purchase because they had no one to help me. When I came back they were still busy and couldn't help me, but could answer their store phone. One person was very terse with me. So we went to the Denver store instead to buy our lamp. read more

Worst customer service of any store or business I have ever purchased from. We waited 5 months for an additional piece to extend our sectional. We scheduled a delivery, waited all day for that delivery - called in to the customer service line multiple times and were told something different every time. First we were told we were the next stop, then we were told we had rescheduled our couch for 2 weeks later which was a complete lie. Then we got to a manager named Elle Alonte that told us they cannot locate our piece and it was never in the truck. No one told us this so we wasted an entire day Waiting for the couch. She said within 72 hours someone would call us to let us know if they found it. No one called. Then the store manager Doug Haley said he would help us and email the hub. He never calls back then is gone for a few days and wants us to email more people that will never respond or call us back. He also was extremely rude and raising his voice to my husband when we are the customer and they have done nothing but lie and yank us around. They are supposedly issuing us a refund but they have lied so much who knows if that will come. After waiting 5 months and already spending $6000 on a couch the disrespect and lack of customer service is the worse we have ever experienced. Now we cannot extend the couch we already spent so much money on And waited so long for. You are better off going to a less expense store and being treated like a customer. Whatever you do do not order any customer furniture from them or step foot in the Colorado Springs location. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE My designer told me that Pottery Barn had a comforter that would go nicely with the new guest room updates that we are doing. That was the only reason I walked into Pottery Barn today. I noticed that I was not greeted when I walked in, but that wasn't a real concern for me at that moment because I knew what I was looking for. I found the comforter that I wanted along with some shams and candles. I reached the back of the store when I saw Shannon, a new employee. I thought I'd ask a quick question. I had just received an online order from Pottery Barn online for two leather chairs that were $1200 each. I was on the fence about them and I asked Shannon about the return policy for furniture bought online. She was unsure as she was a new employee, so she went to consult with her manager, Ann. Ann was not only an unpleasant person but this manager gave me incorrect information. She proceeds to tell me that when you buy online that "you're stuck with it". I found this unbelievable. After questioning her about this ridiculous information, She changed it to 7 days. I thought this was more reasonable, but since she was being nasty and told me that I was "stuck" with all online furniture purchases, I thought I better do my own research. Thank goodness I did. My order was delivered on 4/20/18. I still had another week to return the chairs. The online customer service was great! They are set to pick the chairs back up in 5-7 days. Now I don't have to settle for chairs that don't work well in my space from an online purchase. Unfortunately because Ann was so unpleasant, I decided not to purchase the comforter, shams, and candles in the Colorado Springs store. I went next door to Pier 1 and purchased some items and if I really want to shop Pottery Barn, I'll do it online or in Denver. In addition, I called back to the store to educate Shannon, the new employee. She was a nice lady and I felt she should have correct information when dealing with customers. I hope she is able to pass the information on to Ann the manager as well. read more

If it were possible to give this store zero stars I would. Great products, HORRIBLE customer service. We spent $1,000's of dollars furnishing our new home. Ann was very helpful with our purchase, but we have had several issues with delivery, and delivery timing. I have called her twice about problems, both times she took my info, said she'd call back and never did. In fact, when I think back about our purchase, I wonder why I even purchased from the store, as right from the start I got bad vibes. The only reason I did was because I like their products, and they have reward points. However, after spending more than $20K PB is saying my Reward Certificate doesn't exist. When I let the store know, Ann said they can't help with Rewards issues. Boy, I wish I had read Yelp reviews before I bought anything there. I would have passed and went to another store. I will do my homework in the future. Hopefully we get the bed soon that we ordered 10/2018, as it is now 04/2019 and no one seems to be able to help me get the bed that was "special ordered", delivered in March with pieces that did not match, and I keep getting told by the PB customer service, we'll check into it and get back to you. It's now been a month since that fiasco. Oh, and did I mention, I can't cancel the order as it was special ordered! O.M.G! My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

I shopped the day before Thanksgiving in 2022. I was wearing a green belted coat, leggings and pink/ black Nikes and arrived around 1 pm. I wanted to shop for a floor lamp, a table lamp, a string of lights and a tablecloth. While browsing, I found a nice bathrobe with a faux-fur collar I had bought for a beloved aunt this past February. I was excited to find it again and looked through 3 piles for a Medium or Large. During this time, a store associate (with long blond hair in a ponytail, sweatshirt and jeans) bustled past me, through the back doors into the back storeroom, without asking if she could help. I was finally asked by a different store associate (a woman with long brown hair and wearing a sweatshirt) if I would like help. I stated that I would like to purchase a floor lamp and asked about pricing on two particular lamps. She told me the price but said, "they're online only." After an abbreviated and rude conversation it became clear that many items in the store were ONLY for online purchase, display only. i had purchased a much-loved table lamp a few years ago from the same store which was the floor model and she refused to make this option available, stating, "It's a showroom-- the point is that you can see how the item looks." She was not articulate or apologetic. I had planned to buy the nice robe, a lamp and browse some more, but after this interaction I decided to spend zero in this store. This early in the holiday season, for the employees to be acting beleaguered and like they are doing the customers a favor is a big UH-UNH from me. Corporate should take notice and customers should avoid. read more

Worst customer service ever. Ordered bed six months ago. They sent wrong bed about a month ago -- pieces didn't even match -- and they have no clue when it will be delivered. Very expensive ... will never buy anything here ever again, read more

Pottery barn is now under the parent company Williams-Sonoma. I would give it zero stars if I could. We ordered an L-shaped study desk for our highschooler in January of this year. The order was placed online. Now nearly 11 months later all we have gotten from them is five false delivery date promises with last minute cancellations without as much as a phone call to explain why the delivery was canceled. No one will give you a straight answer as to whether the item is even coming in. Someone finds it, someone else doesn't and despite making several work schedule changes to work around these so-called deliveries none have materialized:( This has left us very disappointed and disillusioned with this company. This is the worst customer service that we have ever encountered. So be warned if you are planning on purchasing something online from any of these companies (under the Williams-Sonoma parent company - Pottery Barn, west elm, or Williams-Sonoma). We will never be buying anything online or in person from them ever again! read more

The workers stereotype. My husband and I are young in tee shirt and jeans, and no one would even talk to us. An employee walked in front of me and I said, "excuse me" and all she said was "mhmm" in a snooty way. When we went to check out, the lady said, " can I help you with something?" Like, yeah I want to buy something. read more

This store does nothing but make me angry. They tell me while I'm there, you should buy from the store and not online. But each time I go to the store bc something is on sale online they tell me they don't price match?!?????? Who doesn't price match their online store? They make my decisions easier moving forward. I have no problem ordering and getting it shipped to me, since they constantly offer free shipping. In this instance the store had the exact thing I wanted but wouldn't price match what they had it priced for online. Why would I pay $79 in the store when I can get the exact same thing online for $39 with free shipping????? This store is in trouble and probably won't last long. read more

I purchased several thousand dollars worth of home goods from Pottery Barn in January, 2018 to furnish a home for a client. I understood that two of the items purchased were floor models and could not be returned. However, I asked about other pieces that I could take that day and was NEVER informed that a headboard and two end tables could NOT be returned. When the delivery men that were helping me (I was not present) arrived to pick up the furniture, the sales associate "threw in" a dining table that I never agreed to purchase. The client declined the dining table, headboard and end tables (one had a drawer that could not even be opened), and upon returning the items, was told by the sales associate that she had no recollection of telling me that items couldn't be returned. The manager insisted that the items couldn't be returned because there isn't a function on the computer to allow it. The sales associate then informed me that because I'd got such a good price (her opinion) that I could sell the items on craigslist and maybe even make a profit. These two individuals were rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. I wrote a letter to Corporate 6 weeks ago and never got a response. Save your money, go to Crate & Barrel for service and quality. read more

I recently visited this location to purchase some bedding. I knew the store didn't have what I wanted on hand, so I went to the front counter to talk to someone about placing an order (placing the order online didn't get me the military discount). Upon walking in, the lady at the front counter immediately told me she could not help me because she needed to take her lunch break and that she would call someone up to help me. Thirty seconds after that a gentleman walked up to the counter with some bedding. She proceeded to ask the gentleman what he needed, and as she was discussing his matter with him the other lady she presumably called up the counter to help me showed up and they both tended to the gentleman's needs. They both completely ignored and the fact that I had been waiting there for some help before the gentleman. I walked out furious that I was ignored and forgotten about. I called later to speak with the manager about the employee who was unavailable at the time. I left a message for her to call me back and never received a call. Really bad customer service. I will not shop here again. read more
