Both of the mattresses are of excellent quality and are comfortable to sleep on. The purchase was also affordable. The surprising part was the quality of the box spring and the frame. I've bought mattresses before and they are always made cheaply. The box spring is usually made of thin material that tears easily; but the ones I bought from this place had very think material that would be harder to tear or damage. The frames we received are extremely solid and stay rigid when moving on the bed. After delivery, it took about an hour to set up the bed frames, place the box spring and mattress on both beds, and make the bed with the bed clothes we had ready. We were sleeping in our beds the same night we bought the beds. Not bad for an affordable purchase, considering both the convenience and quality!

The sales associate also told me I would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. On Monday at 2:10 PM, I left to go home, but at 2:18 PM the delivery team arrived -- much earlier than scheduled. They called me and said they were in front of my house. I told them I was on my way and would be there in 5-6 minutes. They said they would not wait more than 15 minutes. I reminded them I'd be there in 5 minutes, but they had already come earlier than the scheduled window and did not call me 30 minutes in advance as promised. This was not my fault. When I arrived, they had already left. I tried calling back, but they did not answer. When I spoke with customer service, they told me they would reschedule the delivery for Wednesday. Very disappointing experience.

I have osteoporosis, osteopenia, and a hip problem - and in the two months or so before going in, I had been using a cane and walker, also a back brace. He was patient and eminently available by phone. Another salesperson Ian was also helpful. They let me know their training, which is impressive. Both were affable and professional, but it was James I met in person and worked with the most. The delivery went smoothly; they moved the current terrible mattress to a back room, and the back room's even worse mattress was carted off. They put the box spring in my shed (I'm going to use it to make a shade area). I didn't realize the mattress came rolled up and was worried about that, but it seems to be expanding nicely.
