The middle caved in on one of our sets ( was in a guest room and not even used that much), and could not be slept on......warranty was still valid, but they wouldn't replace or do anything. Both of the mattresses are of excellent quality and are comfortable to sleep on. The purchase was also affordable. The surprising part was the quality of the box spring and the frame. I've bought mattresses before and they are always made cheaply. The box spring is usually made of thin material that tears easily; but the ones I bought from this place had very think material that would be harder to tear or damage. The frames we received are extremely solid and stay rigid when moving on the bed. After delivery, it took about an hour to set up the bed frames, place the box spring and mattress on both beds, and make the bed with the bed clothes we had ready. We were sleeping in our beds the same night we bought the beds. Not bad for an affordable purchase, considering both the convenience and quality!

As is the case with any furniture store, there were pieces we really liked and some we thought were pretty ugly. The service we received was very good and although we purchased some clearance items out of a set, they were very willing to allow us to pick and choose what we wanted and gave us very good prices. We also saw a wonderful piece of wall art which we also asked about and they knocked about 25% off of it since we were buying other stuff. The prices are expensive if you're used to buying at American Furniture Warehouse, and they're astronomical if you're used to buying IKEA particle board stuff. But, you get what you pay for. Now that most of the kids are gone, we want to start getting good stuff, and that's what we got. Delivery was $79 and worth every nickel. They arranged the furniture the way we asked, mounted mirrors, assembled the bed frame, etc. And the guys were super nice.

She looked and hooray!! A beige cream colored one was available w swivel! She informed me it would be a little taller. I was so excited I hoped it would fit. Now here is the best part, we saved money picking it up at warehouse in town and i my grandkids called dibs of course. It looked great I was happy. The next day it was all mine. Lazyboy return policy is three days from pickup or delivery for full refund. I called the store and Chase helped me with the refund and set it up for us to drop the recliner off at the warehouse. Very helpful. Quick and easy over the phone. The warehouse staff are amazing so helpful! Very efficient no unnecessary waiting. They wrap and load it for you and they unloaded from my suv Honda pilot. They fit easily because the back comes off. They gave us the return invoice and we were done. No fuss no pressure to trade it for another, just very helpful. I have had three lazy boys because of my disability and size I need a new recliner every four years or so just for my comfort. We pass them down to our children's homes. Our son in-laws love them! The I-clean fabric is amazing in stain resistance. No fabric warranty needed for I-clean. I bought a pyrite side table on sale for $329 originally $799 which I thought was a good deal. Then teak white driftwood for the wall on sale from $329 with an extra 50% off the lowest price. I also bought a lumbar pillow with insert for 129 not on sale but worth the price. Overall my shopping experience was a great one and I was glad I came in and got a deal on many items I bought. And the service from the gentleman that was helping me was amazing. He told me about the sales they had in the store snd answered my many questions and even helped me load the very heavy items into my truck which he did not have to do. I really appreciate the level of service he provided and will definitely be going back to him specifically for help in the future.
