My husband and I have been looking for a place to get semi-regular massages. In our quest, we've…read morebeen to several different places - some too expensive, some dirty, and some just ok. Elements was just right - the ambiance was relaxing and clean, the staff was helpful and nice, and the therapists were outstanding. They provided exactly the experience that my husband and I wanted. For me a general relaxing massage and for my husband deep tissue to work out the knots. The massage tables were a little hard so they could benefit by having a topper on the table but the noise level was low so it was easy to relax. We will be back.

MEMBERSHIP SCAM - GOOD LUCK!…read more My mother and I have been joint members on an account here since 2013. TLDR: they're saying credits which were supposed to rollover forever expire in 12 months. As a result, they have about $1500 of our money. They generously offered $350 to "make things right." So now I have to take it to the internet. April at the front desk is the only problem at this otherwise lovely establishment. Either of the Dawns, Yvette, and several of the other women are fantastic masseuses. 5 stars to them. April is attempting to rob my mother of $1500 that she spent on our membership. If they tell you the membership credits "don't expire" that is a lie, apparently. She won't work here much longer and then I hope to come back and resume my 10 year relationship with this business. Until then we will be suing to get our membership money back. April, you should be ashamed of yourself. My mother has been dealing with death and illness in the family for 4 years. Whatever you're trying to pull is disgusting, as are you.

You pay online before the actual massage date. This is if you utilize the online schedule option. You also have the ability to add adjunct relaxation strategies to maximize the therapeutic session. Once confirmed, she will send an email confirmation and directions to the place. One can get lost because it is located in a lot full of cookie cutter business buildings. Her email directions are helpful. I came on a Sunday AM so I found parking right in front of the establishment. Amy is warm and friendly. Throughout the massage process, she'll ask how the pressure of her techniques were to ensure it is effectively targeting areas of concern at the appropriate level. She also put some diffuser oil and allowed me to choose the scent as an adjunct relaxing strategy. She also used hot stones/tools to additionally stretch and relax my tensed muscles. I booked a 60 minute slot and I wish I did longer! It was way too good and therapeutic. I didn't even realize my time was up! I just wanted to continue feeling so mellow. Definitely will plan another trip to see her again!

I lost my mom almost 11 years ago, 6 months ago I lost my father as well. When COVID hit us I started meditating every night. Slowly, but surely I started to shift towards energy feeling. I had an itch to learn more about it. I remembered that one of my Facebook friends posted something about Reiki class. And that was Amy! I worked with her years ago at Massage Envy. I contacted her and took my firs Reiki class. "Connecting the dots" book by Heather McCutcheon was given to me by Amy after Reiki 1 class. Instead of putting that book on my shelf for dust to collect I needed to read it bc I was eager to learn if that even a real thing. And very fast I realized it is a real thing! A sentence from that book "When student is ready teacher appears" turned a switch on. Now it makes sense to me! I took Reiki 2 with Amy with no hesitation. It was a game changer for me. Looking forward to more learning, growing, experiencing. Love love Amy and Reiki

Bozena has HANDS DOWN the best pedicure of any place I have ever been to. Mind you, I have spent up to $100 at other places (Bozena only charges $52 for a pedicure) and have not received the same quality - this includes the Kohler Water Spa about a mile away. They have one of the cleanests facilities of any spa I have been to, which is very important to me because I am a type one diabetic and must be super extra careful with my feet. I have also had several issues with ingrown toe nails (just something I was born with). In addition, I have to wear heels for work which has messed with my toe nails also. Bozena is the only place I trust the ladies to not mess up my nails even further and my feet usually feel A LOT better after I leave. They also do go waxes and manicures! If you are getting a pedicure or manicure, ask for Ella. She does the BEST job. Kasia is also wonderful with nails. If you are getting a wax, ask for Sandy. All of the nail technicians and estheticians are professional and friendly. If I could give Bozena an extra star I would!

It really feels like a family when you walk in, and I feel part of the family. I would give more stars if I could!
