When I…read morecalled to get a dumpster I mentioned it was my first time using them, the lady was very rude and acted like she didn't even want to be on the phone with me. She told me the price to pay, got my address to drop it off, and said when it would be dropped off and then hung up. She didn't tell me any rules or regulations. I should've have asked, sure, but when I called for them to come pick it up after I had had it for 2 months, they were so incredibly rude. Then is when they told me that it's an additional $150 a month after the first 30 days. I should have been told that the day I ordered it. The owner was incredibly rude and demeaning. He told me his staff makes no mistakes at all, never have and never will. Moral of the story, the people that not only work here, but the owner himself are rude and mean. They will never receive my business again and I encourage others not to use them either.
