Since, I did not know the exact location of the tank RIchard had to spend a fair amount of time locating the tank. I had another company try and locate it but they gave up. Richard worked very hard and was able to locate the tank. He did this without complaining and his only goal was to complete the service we had requested. Once, he found the tank he had to dig a large hole and he did this without complaint. He cleaned the tank and gave me advice on the proper care of a septic system. In addition he advised me to have a cap installed. He provided the POC of a campany and I was able to get it installed the next day. It was great to work with such a professional company!!

This third guy said there was no excuse for (other aspects and) them taking a full week before he finally fixed it, said I'd get a discount, then I, of course, got a ridiculously high bill.
