This third guy said there was no excuse for (other aspects and) them taking a full week before he finally fixed it, said I'd get a discount, then I, of course, got a ridiculously high bill. That was mid last summer at peak heat, just like now, when my central AC has failed again. I suspect Dunn's "repair" has failed, but will not find out from them phoney clowns.

Paid alot to have this done right but now the service manager won't send anyone out to fix the issue or call me back. Wish I could talk to the owner about what has happened always had good experiences with this company till now. I'm on a set income so it'll be awhile before I can get someone else to look at it, but I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix this since I've already paid this company.

Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

I wrote check 1176 for $2,200 as payment in full on 3-28-22. IN FACT, company lied and installed a Cheap NON-RECIRCULATING heater, NO PEX recirculation line (you simply can't connect a Recirculation line to a Non-Recirculating heater!), plumber plumbed it completely BACKWARDS, Violated CODE in tank exhaust hookup, and finally, left my old heater in my back yard. My complaint was met with laughter and his demand for MORE MONEY! I have filed a few complaints, written a certified letter complaint to the Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board (No Response after almost three months), offered a certified written proposed settlement (No Response) Now it's time to go to court!

My husband called and texted multiple times because he thought he may have written it incorrectly. NEVER a response. AND - BOTH CHECKS WERE CASHED AT THE SAME TIME. This is considered grand theft.
