So we hung up the phone. I texted him my time and date which would work for me (6/21/18 at 9:A.M.) and he replied back asking for my name and address. I replied with the info he requested and that was it. So the next day my 9:00am appointment time came and went. They no call, no showed. At 9:47 I texted, "so y'all are not going to be able to come out today?" I got no response. Judging from the way my situation was handled, don't waste your time with this business if you actually need work done on time because they may show, they may not.
