We are new to the septic system. First time we have ever had one. The previous owner of our home…read morestated they had it pumped out twice while they lived here. We trusted that- big mistake! Within 6 months of living here we start having issues. I called around to get pricing on getting it pumped. ROPER's was one of the lowest. My next concern was will they shoot us straight? Will they try and up sell us? They were so transparent, honest and guided us through the process. They showed up the next day and pumped. They followed up. We came up with a game plan on how to avoid any problems in the future. Overall I Will recommend this company to everyone! I will only use Roper and Sons!

First time homeowner...(knows nothing about septic or the pricing) gets a price of $300 - $400 to…read morepump out septic. Was told that it could increase depending on how bad it was. But to jump from $300 - $400 to $2200 is price gouging. Not very professional and not to mention the man that came was very rude. Not just rude to me but also the company that was present at my home. Next day: Wife of man calls to just ask question I guess and some what explain the price. Stated that they had to put their hands in their truck to get it all out. EXCUSES. If you didn't want your hands dirty then you should've chose a different line of work. Didn't call to try and make things better as a good business owner should but to just say "I am sorry you feel that way", as if to pour salt in the wound. This business (veteran owned or not) is not very professional and just looking for a easier way to make a buck. Taking advantage of young people who don't know what is a good price or not.

Very unprofessional of you guys to do this to me. It's been a month now since you scheduled me. If they'd ghost me over this I feel they've done this to lots of others. Edit: You could have been professional enough to call and let me know rather than purposely ghosting me (like a kid) and then lying to my warranty company stating you were waiting on authorization from them (which you received the next day after the initial visit to my house). I'll be sure to pass on the message along that you're claiming to not doing business with them anymore.
