I find it hard to believe that a negative review could be written about the guys who came to my house; I assume that unrealistic folks who have financial difficulties prefer to shoot the messenger of bad news rather than accept that the procedure related to processing your human excrement is not only super important, but potentially expensive. The inability of some customers to understand basic economic facts and the nuances of a septic system needing to function properly is unfortunate. The cost of the equipment and the willingness to deal with the human waste of others is cause enough for this to be an expensive venture!

After that, they still claimed they couldn't find the tank and wanted to charge $475 to use a camera to probe it. Then they asked for $1,000 more to move dirt out of the way, saying they had to hand-dig because there was a cable underneath. Their prices are outrageous and completely overcharged. They showed no real knowledge and kept adding extra charges for small things. They charge me $285.00 for cancelation.
