I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."

He was straight shooting and honest, and while the bid was a little higher than others it was pretty factual and transparent. The delivery aspect was good... Andy was the project manager and very personable. I did have some trouble with some of the subs, poor communication but overall very good and any upset I had was well handled. Definitely keen to customer service. They are even working with me to get it done in my time frame as I had a baby on the way... So mostly done and live-in-able. Have a few more items to install and the final punch list but so far it's been worth while. They also do a second round of review to ensure customer satisfaction in 10 months. I have perfectly installed porcelain tile and hardwood floors, repaired walls, and a new cabinet. Amazingly, they were able to match my existing hardwood with the new hardwood, and there's absolutely no difference - it's as if all of the hardwood was originally installed at the same time rather than being installed years apart from each other! The new kitchen cabinet was also selected and installed, and matches with the cabinets that were already in place. I was also impressed that they do not take any shortcuts, and quality seems to be a top priority for them. Even though my project was small compared to many large renovation or repair projects, I never once felt that I was any less important as a customer.
