It was almost 80% of the time not relaxing until the knot was pushed out hahaha. I couldn't believe all the knots she found in my calves, my traps, my upper back... it truly felt like the weight off my shoulders were relieved by the end of the session. I'm thinking of going back to Kim on a quarterly basis but taking into her recommendation of foam rolling more. We only have this one body so might as well treat it right! To enter Kim's practice you'll have to enter the Hair Salon and walk to the back room.
