One of my favorite things is how each coach brings their own personal twist to the workouts. You get variety without chaos: different coaching styles, creative programming, and fresh energy, while still keeping things structured and intentional. It never feels repetitive, and the coaches genuinely care about proper form, motivation, and helping you push past your limits safely. On top of that, the community is incredibly welcoming. Whether you're brand new or a regular, everyone is supportive, encouraging, and easy to connect with. It's the kind of place where people cheer each other on and celebrate progress, big or small. If you want great workouts, passionate coaches, and a positive, motivating environment, O2 Body Fit is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

I've been going for a few months now here and there and it's definitely a great workout. The community is also great, and all the teachers are kind and goes at a level you're comfortable at. Every time I've been, there's something new I'm learning or a new form I'm getting down. If you're bored of going to the gym, I recommend this bootcamp to add into your fitness rotation. All the instructors are very supportive, and really does try to help you and push you to do your best. Also, the music is great and love the water machine.

I am SO glad we found Strength Camp SF on Yelp. We started with their free introductory class, and honestly, that first impression sealed the deal. The coaching, the structure, the vibe, everything just felt right. From day one, it was clear this isn't a "do your own thing and hope for the best" gym. It's intentional, well programmed, and actually cares about progress. Huge shout out to the coaches I have worked with so far- Lisa, Jeremy, Patrick, Kobe. They have all been phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, patient, and great at pushing you just enough while still making sure form and safety come first. The weekday programming is thoughtfully structured around specific lifts and muscle groups (deadlifts, squats, lower body, etc.), which makes progress feel real and measurable. And Saturdays are my absolute favorite. The weekend training sessions with Lisa and Patrick are something I genuinely look forward to. I try very hard not to miss them. Challenging, fun, and such a great way to end the week feeling strong and accomplished. One of the things I love most is the community. The people who train here are supportive, encouraging, and actually cheer each other on. It's motivating in the best way. No ego, no weird gym energy, just people showing up and doing the work together. Overall, Strength Camp SF has helped us build consistency, confidence, and real strength. I am genuinely proud of how far we have come, and while I know I still have a long way to go, I feel confident that if I stay disciplined and keep showing up, I will hit my goals. This gym makes that feel possible and honestly, enjoyable.

Starting from zero experience in powerlifting, and thanks to his guidance (plus a fair share of blood, sweat, and tears--thanks, Coach!), I've grinded my way up to a 4-wheel (405) deadlift. Coach Jeremy has helped me nail proper technique to prevent injury, maximize my lifting potential, and pushed me to get that "one last" rep for growth. If you want to get better at anything, you need a solid plan and someone who knows what they're doing--and that's exactly what Coach Jeremy brings to the table. I highly recommend Coach Jeremy to anyone looking to level up. Next stop: 5 wheels! ‍

I discussed how this could change our training, fearing that he would be unable to train me anymore. But that was not the case! I continues to train with Elias until 1 week before having my son. I am thankful for an understanding and concerned trainer. He adjusted the weighs and circuits as I progressed through my pregnancy. I recovered so quickly after this baby in comparison to the other two. I felt stronger throughout. I'm training again and feeling great. In conclusion, I recommend Elias and TLS 10/10

I've been coming for roughly 3 months and it blows my mind the progress I have made with his help. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable instantly which is KEY. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I'm so glad I bit the bullet and decided to commit to this because it has changed my life for the better!

It can be confusing as to where the entrance to it is. I came here while visiting during Superbowl week. The gym is big, 2.5 floors. Cardio machines are scattered throughout. The free weights are scattered between two areas (lighter and heavier). You could feel the cold from the outside seeping into the gym all the days I visited. Based on the size of the gym another setup of cable machines should be added. It is a tight fit in that area. Large locker room. Showers do not have any soap dispensers so be sure to bring your own. Each PF choose to provide it or do not, this one does not. Many people choose to use the bathroom stalls as changing rooms, forcing patrons that actually need to use the stall for what they are intended for to wait. One stall actually does not have a toilet in it. There are signs in the gym that ask patrons to be mindful of their time on equipment which is great. Unfortunately, there are no signs stating patrons should be listening to music with headphones. Each day I came in, a gentleman was playing his music loud from his phone and singing along. When asked for him to turn it down and also off, he rolled his eyes. The facility is clean. Staff is hit or miss upon check-in. One didn't even look up from his book when I walked up in the morning.
