Often, there is a wait, but it has a large waiting area. Prices are average for oil changes and other minor things I have done over the years. The location is convenient. The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

I called Moore's Tires they responded to my house with a service truck within 35 minutes . A young gentleman named Milo proceeded to do his job quickly and courteously . He took the tire off went back to the shop repaired it brought it back and reinstalled all inside of a total of 45 minutes from the time that I made the call for help . I can't say enough about this young gentleman named Milo a fantastic employee doing much more than just the job he was doing service service to the customers .

My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). If you're in the market for new tires, I would recommend you check this place out.

I took the car to a different shop to discover a third party drain plug that was put in and stripped out and the engine had less that 2 quarts in it. I will never go here again due to poor service and the what seems to be lack of staff training/oversight from management. This is not including the visit where my S.O. was waiting in the lobby only for some wierdo to expose himself in their lobby. Did they say sorry to her? No!

Also, when the grumpy old man is at the desk, he is rude and disrespectful. He rolls his eyes when you explain what is wrong with your car. I have spent a LOT of money here and I am very upset that they have been lying to me and taking advantage of me. I do not recommend them. 0 stars in my book.
