Often, there is a wait, but it has a large waiting area. Prices are average for oil changes and other minor things I have done over the years. The location is convenient. The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Then they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Owner became very belligerent on the phone and even called my daughter a "Tramp" and we had to get the police involved to resolve the bill. STAY AWAY!!! Update: It also appears that they broke a piece of the molding in the wheel well. URRRRGGGG! Another Update: Looks like they did a bunch of damage to the rotor and some other parts under the car. HAD HAMMER MARKS ALL OVER THE ROTOR! Had to replace it. About $800 in damage! I have been to this shop on my way back from visiting a friend in college. I just recently…read moregraduated college and when my car died, I had AAA get me a tow to Minus Muffler to figure out the problem once we knew it was no longer a simple dead battery. Upon getting to Minus, I was welcomed into their lobby while my car was immediately put in line to enter the garage so I could get back on my way. I even had a pleasant time chatting with the staff here and there while I waited. I could never picture anyone I met there yelling at a customer let a lone using obscene language to a young girl. This is being said even after I watched the associate behind the desk deal with an incredibly rude, ignorant, and demanding customer. The associate attempted to smile and calmly explain every part of his dispute and, believe me, there were many upon many parts to his dispute. Before they even began work on my car, a technician came in to explain to me each problem, recommendations to fix it, and the price on each. He even went as far to break down the price of parts and service so I knew how each amount was added. There was even a side list he printed out of things that weren't vital to getting my car back on the road but that were acting up and could cause later problems. I paid the desk clerk and was able to be back on the road within about two hours! I had thought I was going to have to get a train and leave my car behind so I was incredibly grateful to not have to deal with that hassle. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family traveling through the area.
