I was craving the Vegetarian Panini so I decided to stop in at Postino Arcadia. My first time at this location, it's right next to La Grande Orange which I also love. I always order the Vegetarian panini on glutenfree free, it was delicious and tasty. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese with the Tomato Bisque soup and they really enjoyed their meal. My only complaint it that they had the roll up door open and it was a cold (65 F) day with strong winds. It was much to cold to have so much cold air blowing into the restaurant. We sat inside but as the restaurant is much smaller than the other locations it was freezing and our food immediately cooled off. So keep this in mind if you go to the Arcadia location and take a coat. read more

One of my favorite spots when visiting Phoenix. Great space with indoor and outdoor seating. The selections of bruschetta boards and wine keeps bringing us back. They are perfect for a light bite meal. Though it's really easy to get stuffed on their fantastic offerings. More than bruschetta, Postino's offers soup, salads, sandwiches and charcuterie boards. Don't skip the soup. They are always excellent. The roasted cauliflower tastes like Indian food in a cup. Service is excellent. The dining area is always packed, so plan your visit to arrive just before lunch or late afternoon. The bathrooms aren't typically part of my review, however, Postino's has two neutral restrooms that are just cool. Frosted glass doors, cool tile, and fixtures. Went there last night with the hubs to try the "bottle and board" deal and the service was amazing! The hostess was friendly and the service was quick and efficient (I think they said they do team service) and you really felt like everyone was checking in on you throughout the meal. My favorite was the bacon bruschetta, but they were all good! We also had the sweet charcuterie board. I was feeling adventurous this brunch and Postino's delivered. They have an interesting and creative menu, and the plating is beautiful :) To start we shared a choose 4 charcuterie board. I enjoyed them all, but in order of most tasty bite was 1) Brie, Apple & Fig Spread 2) Warm Artichoke Spread 3) Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil, and 4) Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese. The bread everything is served on is amazing... the bread may be the best part... it's so soft but toasted to a perfect crunch. The main event was a beautiful salmon capriccio - look how beautiful it is! The Sicilian garlic yogurt smoked salmon was very tasty, smoky and salty. A generous portion goes a long way and I ate up all my crusty baguette before the salmon. Yum! We also ordered the Focaccia stack and a Prickly pear lemonade. The Focaccia was interesting but good, especially because we didn't know what to expect. The Prickly pear lemonade was just a touch sour and not too sweet, very good. I would come back to try more charcuterie combos and the ricotta fritters sound great too :) FYI Parking can be scarce during the brunch rush. read more

Walked in the side door, looks like they have set up an office to the right as you walk in. Or being used as a closing station. Not sure but out of place in a restaurant bar. Food: I ordered the bruschetta. These have definitely shrunk and gone through corporate right sizing, ok by me, the portion is fine for me, but they are definitely skimpier in bread size and toppings. And the quality is good but not the same level of ingredient sourcing of times gone by. But still a good value at $16.95 I think for what you get. Curry Chicken Bruschetta 2/5 - a pale comparison to LGO's chicken curry. Not as flavorful, seemed like they used something richer and heavier than mayonnaise as the base, wasn't to my liking. 3/5 Mozzarella Basil Tomato Bruschetta - Good. Held up well for to go order. A little skimpy again on the tomato but flavor was good. 2/5 Salami Pesto Bruschetta- paper thin single layer of salami over a very scant bit of pesto. Flavors excellent however, but topping or lack there of was a bit laughable. 3/5 Bacon Tomato Arugula Buratta Bruschetta - Again flavors were good. This one did not travel well, completely soaked through the bread, wouldn't order it to go again. Service - service was very good. Ordering process on Toast was easy. Food was ready 5 min earlier than promised. Was greeted promptly when I walked through entrance by curbside spot and handed my food in a nicely packaged box that was sealed with a Postino sticker. Everything was delicious and so affordable! Everyone's share was $22, and that's with a bottle of wine that the three of them shared. In addition, our service was really on top of things (our waitress, I wish I caught her name, but she was Mexican, was really friendly!) and the ambiance is so cute and welcoming. We got our food, bill, and anything else we requested quickly. It's the perfect place to go with girlfriends and just hang out. The variety of wines that Postino has is expansive. However, Postino only has 4 beers on tap to choose from, it is acceptable. If you are a beer guy this may not be the best spot for you. The Bruschetta is unbelievable! Not my first time here and it certainly won't be my last. The selection and variety of options for the Bruschetta board that Postino has is something that you should try. The smoked salmon and pesto was the best one we got. The Brie, Apple & Fig has the most unique taste to it. The freshness and crispness of the apple blend very well with the Brie and Fig spread. The service is great. This place always feels like home! Have been going for a number of years, and the service has consistently been amazing each time we go (which is far more often than I'd like to admit!). Today, I went in asking for a quiet corner where I could be on my laptop for a couple of hours. The hostess walked me around to the different outlet options asking my preference, SO thoughtful and free of judgement that this wasn't going to be a quick visit today. Then I got to witness the "Cheers" environment sitting so close to the bar, where so many regulars came in on a Friday and were warmly greeted with a hug or fist bump. After shamelessly finishing off my own bruschetta board (the bruschetta is truly out of this world!!), I mentioned to a server how excited I was that the strawberry cheesecake version was back for a limited time, and couldn't resist ordering a single bruschetta for dessert - really no idea how I packed that all in! It was amazing and the care in which is was delivered was above and beyond, so much enthusiasm for my own delight. This is definitely my favorite Postino location, but never have I had a bad experience at any one of them, it's always been our go-to when guests are visiting. So unique for both the food and general ambiance it provides. You will NEVER regret stepping foot inside here... just do it and make your Friday as great as mine has been! PS: Their Wine Cult rocks! My husband and I stopped in at Postino Arcadia on our way home to Texas after spending a week in California. Postino Arcadia was originally recommended to us when we visited Phoenix in Jan 2018 when we were visiting for our 40th anniversary by hotel staff. We deviated from highway just to come here for an early Happy Hour/Dinner en route to NM for the night. We arrived before 5 p.m. which was great since I love wine. All wines are $5 per glass prior to 5 p.m. I opted for a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, De Martini, normally $12 per glass. I scored 2 glasses for $10. YAY! Meanwhile, my husband, as designated driver, got to enjoy Diet Coke and water. We ordered Bruschetta (choose 4) for $15. They had a dozen to choose from but we ended up selecting (1) Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, (2) Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil, (4) Prosciutto di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone and (4) Smoked Salmon & Pesto. OMG, they were ALL delicious!!! All the ingredients were super fresh making the bruschetta that much more enjoyable!! I wish we lived closer. Too bad we live in San Antonio, Texas. Just too far to drive for Happy Hours. But, we will be back in October and November so we will make every excuse to come back. read more
