Dr. Greene is the best. He is data driven and provides explanations for everything along the way and never made us feel like a burden with our many questions and concerns. He is also one of the kindest and happiest doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. He encouraged us at every turn from our 3rd IUI, 2 rounds of IVF and 1 FET. The nursing team (shoutout to Lindsay and Tasha!), sonographers (Sonja!), phlebotomists, billing (Nichole and Renee!), front desk and embryologists are also incredible. They are genuine, knowledgable and responsive. The nurses helped me in a pinch when my medication didn't arrive on time and saved the day (and the whole cycle!). In addition, Conceptions consistently has the highest success rates in the state and the country. We felt truly blessed to be in their care during such a difficult time of our lives. Thank you so much to every single person at Conceptions for guiding us to our beautiful baby girl.

My husband and I have had a *mostly* great experience with Kindbody. There are 2 things I want to…read moremention to give feedback and help others navigate their journey with Kindbody. First, my husband is a physician and has the knowledge and savviness to navigate medical research. Because of this, he (knowing his only role was to provide a good sample) looked into the best way to optimize his sample. He discovered this device called ZyMot. ZyMot is essentially an obstacle course for sp*erm, that weeds out the slow and or defective sperm that may have genetic variations incompatible with successful egg fertilization. Obviously, given the fact that we were already paying so much money, my husband asked kindbody about this and why it was not offered or ever mentioned. He was told that this is only offered to people that do not have successful outcomes after their first cycle (so not until you've spent $20k +. He said he didn't care and wanted it to be added on, to which they replied " oh but that will be an extra couple hundred dollars (forget the exact amount). We laughed at the absurdity of this because of how much we were already spending, and demanded that it be added to our cycle. The pushback was absolutely not necessary, and I think every patient should be given all of the options, regardless of cost, to maximize the effectiveness of their cycle. To me it just seems shady but alas, hopefully people read this review and request the ZyMot. We had great outcomes and I can attribute this partly to the fact that we pushed for the most optimal technology for success. My second complaint is that we had an ultrasound and labs during our cycle on a Sunday morning, and hours later I missed a call from the nurse saying I needed to inject a medication as soon as possible in order to prevent ovulatio*n. I called the on-call nursing staff several times, I called my doctor several times, and nobody would answer. We drove to Kindbody and banged on the doors, hoping anybody would be in the building, and no answer. Again, my husband, being a physician, was able to locate a specialty pharmacy that was open on Sundays and prescribe me the prescription for this injection under his license. We did not receive a callback back from Kindbody until a few hours later. You can imagine the emotional urgency I was feeling in that moment, as I truly thought $20,000 + was about to go down the drain. When I asked why this happened I was told the nurse was on lunch... For hours... anyways my doctor was very apologetic and we are very happy with our outcome. I also work in healthcare as a provider, and unfortunately, there will always be very negative reviews, but I wanted to be fair with this one. I just want people to know that they must demand transparency and timeliness from the staff at all times, regardless of what medical setting. Without advocating for yourself, you will always experience reasons to give bad reviews, unfortunately.

After a very difficult experience at another fertility clinic, finding Dr. Surrey and CCRM truly…read morerestored my hope in the fertility process. Before coming to CCRM, I went through one full stimulation cycle and two failed transfers at a different clinic. The lack of professionalism, compassion and empathy, poor communication, and overall disorganization from the clinic leadership left me emotionally and physically drained. By the time I switched clinics, I felt defeated and skeptical that the process could feel any different. CCRM was night and day. From my very first interaction, the clinic ran with a level of precision, care, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Surrey and his entire team -- the nurses, phlebotomists, and ultrasound technicians -- treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion at every step. They made me feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for, not just like another patient on a schedule. Under Dr. Surrey's care, I completed a stimulation cycle and a natural transfer -- something my previous clinic insisted would never work. Not only did I feel much better completing the natural cycle, but the entire process was smoother, far less stressful, and physically easier. I experienced fewer symptoms, less pain, and far less anxiety. Simply being at CCRM changed my outlook and helped me regain a positive mindset during a process that can be incredibly overwhelming. Dr. Surrey is exactly the kind of physician you want in this journey. He is extremely data-driven, thoughtful in his recommendations, and incredibly knowledgeable -- yet also easygoing, approachable, and genuinely kind, with a great sense of humor that helped lighten some very heavy moments. Most importantly, he cared not only about my success (which is, of course, the priority), but also about my overall health and well-being -- something that is not always true at other clinics. I have already recommended CCRM -- and specifically Dr. Surrey and his team -- to three women in my network, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. If you are feeling discouraged, unheard, or exhausted by your current clinic, know that a better experience is possible. CCRM sets the standard for what fertility care should be.

My doctor sent a referral to CCRM, and what should have been a simple process of scheduling a…read moreconsultation turned into a two-week-long game of "Who has my referral?" I initially called to make an appointment and was told they never received my referral. Thankfully, my doctor gave me a copy, so I offered to email it myself. I spoke with Brooke Austin, a Patient Consultant, and sent the referral while we were literally on the phone together. I asked if we could schedule my appointment, but apparently that was too ambitious. I was told an account needed to be created first and that I would receive an email once that was done. Fine. I waited. I eventually received the email saying I could make an appointment, so I called back. This time I was told they still hadn't received my husband's referral and that I couldn't schedule until I knew the first day of my period. Okay... so I waited again. Two weeks later, my husband called to schedule appointments for both of us. He spent 20 minutes on hold, was transferred, then spent another 20 minutes waiting.....only to be told that CCRM had somehow not received either of our referrals. Both referrals. Despite the fact that they had been sent. Despite me having email confirmation. Despite me previously being told I could schedule. At this point, the excuse was that they were short-staffed. I completely understand being short-staffed. What I don't understand is why patients are expected to repeatedly call, resend documents, explain the same situation over and over, and spend nearly an hour on hold just to accomplish something as basic as making an appointment. My husband was eventually put on hold AGAIN and, after all of that, they still couldn't resolve the issue. So we took our business elsewhere. And just to be clear, this was for very simple tests. We were possibly seeking fertility care depending on this results... and IVF was potentially something we would consider in the future. This is already an emotional and stressful process, and the last thing anyone needs is a clinic adding unnecessary frustration and chaos before you've even become a patient. If CCRM can't keep track of two referrals and communicate consistently with two prospective patients, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their ability to manage something as important and complex as fertility treatment. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and CCRM's first impression was: disorganized, difficult to communicate with, and incredibly frustrating. They didn't just lose one potential patient--they lost both of us, along with any potential future IVF business. Hopefully management takes a serious look at how referrals and new-patient scheduling are being handled, because whatever system is currently in place clearly isn't working.

You managed everything so well, that we didn't have to stress and we could enjoy to see the baby grow. Candi worked tired less for us and the surrogate for almost three years. A couple of the nurses were also just wonderful and so accommodating. Dr.Bush is very knowledgeable and seemed up on the latest and greatest in the field. My only complaint is that the recommended treatment seemed prematurely aggressive to me. I was told I needed donor eggs and that my egg quality was poor when I'd been trying to conceive for only 6 months and only 3 months after I miscarried a naturally conceived pregnancy. I went for a second opinion with a guy out of New York and was naturally pregnant less then 3 months later and all it took was Progesterone supplements. My little girl is now 5 and in perfect health. In all, it took just over 13 months (one miscarriage plus 10 months of trying) to naturally conceive my daughter. Telling me I need donor eggs in the middle of such a short time span seems really aggressive. Just as others have mentioned, I got a call from a very pushy nurse only 3 or 4 months after my miscarriage trying to schedule me for an aggressive procedure (IVF I think). When I asked her if she thought there was a chance I might have a natural pregnancy she scoffed and repeated, "Sure. Miracles happen," to every question I asked. That said, if you want IVF but you've been rejected by other clinics because your lab results didnt meet their threshold requirements, this is a good place for you.

I believe all embryos are life and I felt unsupported in this. The financial coordinator I was first assigned dropped the ball on submitting authorization resulting in me paying thousands out of pocket for medications that would have been covered. After my egg retrieval, the doctor gave me somber news literally as I opened my eyes coming off propofol, did not bring my husband in at all or share news with him, and gave no options for what to do next. No one at all followed up with me after my procedure until I reached out. I was having severe nausea and headaches and ultimately got no response back from nursing from my last message when trying to determine whether or not to go to the emergency room. It's like since I failed IVF they wanted to wash their hands of me ASAP. Felt abandoned and alone. For these reasons I would not recommend. I also paid over $9,000 out of pocket up front for egg freezing (not covered by insurance) but this service never was performed due to no good eggs retrieved out of 8 follicles (per what I remember Dr saying when I was still hazy after propofol). I asked for a refund and got no response at first, then told "it takes a long time to process" and no response since. This left me having to contest the charge with my bank.
