Absolutely disgusted by the service I have received from this post office, I tried to post a return…read morefrom Zara.com and printed out a pre-paid label and attached it to the parcel. After waiting in line whilst the gentleman was having a chat with what seemed like his friend he noticed I was waiting to be served. After finally handing him the parcel he looked perplexed as if he has no idea what he was supposed to do. he handed me the parcel back and said that it was a FAKE label and he would refuse to post it. When I tried to ask him a question about it he walked away and left me standing there whilst the queue behind me got bigger. I was felt to feel like a criminal and always AVOID going to the post office unless absolutely necessary as the gentleman is always very rude but will never be going in there again. The customer service at Zara.com however where absolutely brilliant and arranged another method for a return.

I went in to post a parcel which i sold on EBay, i did so and he looked clueless - and said that my postage label was not displaying the price i paid so he cannot accept it, i said to him it does not need to as the weight (0.25kg) is displayed, and it is at the sellers discretion whether to show price or not. I was happy to show him proof on my phone via EBay and PayPal, but he was not having it. He then said he will flag this up to royal mail, i said please do as i am operating correctly and that he is in the wrong. He then asked about the returns address on the parcel - i advised him that it is my business and businesses returns address to which he said you need a royal mail business account for these transactions, i said you do not need to as you can purchase these from EBay directly as i have been doing, as sometimes other couriers such as Hermes may be used. He then said that my label is fake and i could easily relicate it for other orders - i said this is not true, as it has the post by date on the label, my specific customers name and specific parcel weight. He then took my parcel and said if it goes fine, if if doesn't then it is because he has marked it as such. He then took a photo of the parcel with MY CUSTOMERS NAME ON IT !!! which is a breach of DPA. In any case i have reported the matter to Post Office Complaints and hope to be hearing from them soon. This man Khalid, was rude, irate, unwilling to listen and showed no level of customer service at all - he is a discredit to the post office brand. Avoid this post office, quite simply because of him -KHALID. A really rude man.

It never arrived and I have no idea where it is now as it was never even shipped! Paid over £2000 for this service and are now in the legal process of recovering this money and the cost of the cabinet as my emails and phone calls have been met with excuses after excuses and lies.
