Vibes are immaculate…read more Mom & Pop indeed in the sense that the family who run this shop are super chill, local, friendly people. The kind you wished everyone stumbled into upon arriving in Houston. You get a sense of both a mini bodega and a smoke shop when you walk in. The low hum of a beverage cooler hoarding a variety of interesting drinks is what speaks to you first, then a quick glance around and it seems everything is pulling you towards it to take a look. That's the cool thing about these kind of shops, you don't really know what you'll stumble upon, what your eyes will land on before anyone else. My first time was about 2 years ago, and I came back recently only for the inside to have expanded and now people can enjoy yummy daiquiris as well in a laid back dining room. I've came in while one of the employees was jamming their oldies' mix and it honestly felt like a little break from the world. A little time out. I love places like these in the way they hold space. Highly recommend if you want to interact with a human being. Highly recommend if you don't want to interact with a human but still wanna feel human. absolute disgusting customer service... First of all they don't even have a proper contact number…read more When you try to search for a call number, they sent you to some people in India... Then they take forever to dispatch the orders, then have the nerve to be rude and unresponsive, to simple messages requesting updates. Do not waste your time and order from them. There are much better companies with much better systems where you can actually track your order. just ghetto.

They look up and greet you when you enter the store which makes a person feel welcome. I've NEVER had a bad interaction with any of the cashiers. Although I only buy one brand I cant speak to selection but all the shelves appear to be adequately stocked. The value (I buy cartons) is wonderful compared to the stop and shop stores. Have been a customer for more than several years, but will not be going back when a particular…read morecashier is there due to his obnoxious, and over the top complete rude behavior. When purchasing what was left of a carton of cigarettes I asked for the box. He made a huge ordeal out of it , then made some comments accusing me of doing something to him in the past. Then he took the cigarettes/box and acted like he was taking them back and refusing to sell them to me. This person is a psycho accusing clients of things they never did, and acting like he is the gatekeeper of 7 packs of cigarettes simply because I wanted the box they came in.... So I will be calling to speak with the lady cashier who has always been nice, and started to carry the brand for me to begin with like 5 yrs ago. After I speak with her I will be able to be a customer only when she is working. There was absolutely no reason for this cashier to treat a customer this way, or try to act like somebody wanting the box their cigarettes came in was such a ridiculous thing to ask. What a total weirdo hateful jerk, then top it all off by accusing me of doing something to him in the past which is completely a DELUSION in his mind... Stood there and acted like when the client they originally brought a product into their store for wanted the empty box they just paid over $100 for the contents of said box: that was not allowed!!!! Guess what you are one the tackiest, malicious, hateful, horrendous, passive aggressive weirdos ever to run a cash register. So I will only shop there when YOU ARE NOT THERE TO ABUSE A CUSTOMER SPENDING $100 AND WANTING AN EMPTY BOX THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS PACKAGED IN. SHAME ON YOU ALSO FOR ACCUSING A TOTALLY INNOCENT PERSON OF YOUR DELUSIONAL ACCUSATIONS.
