This last time, I came in for some skating pads and walked out with some of my dream roller skates instead! I just happened to be there on the right day at the right time because someone had just returned some Moxi Jack Boots in Black, which has been the color I've been drooling over for a long time! And it just so happened to be in my size! Surely this was a sign from the universe that I had to get them! Mo was super helpful, funny and kind to get them mounted and set up for me since they were just the boots. He took my plates from my Lolly's and frankensteined them to my Jacks! He was able to do it in less than 2 hours and said he could have done it faster, but something came up! I am pleased as punch every time I come. They have a ramp in the back that I'd like to try out one day, but if nothing else, they have a roller rink nearby and Lewisville has it's own skate park as well which I want to use, hence why I upgraded to Jack's! They've got a good variety of skating needs such as helmets, pads, ice skates, wheels, plates, roller blades, etc. You should check them out or their website (which is lowpriceskates.com, even though their business is InterSkate Skate Outlet). I believe they changed the name, not 100% on that. Anyways, I have had great service every time I come and I will be a repeat customer as long as I can! :) Thank you Mo!

He was very informational and answered all my questions when I called the store before going in to pick up my item (roller skates). Another employee, Sebastian, was also very great in helping me put this item on hold and allowed me to try on the roller skates upon arrival and before purchasing. A third employee even offered me to try skating around the store to ensure the fit and comfort was right before buying. Overall a wonderful and pleasant experience yet again at this store. Thank you!
