He said we would use Dropbox for the files, then he sends a ZIP file instead. He also doesn't take any online payments but wants checks instead? Overall, I quit the experience and I will never use this company again. When challenged (if you're bored and bother to answer their sales chat solicitations) they say that oh, no, that particular person is using ANOTHER service of theirs. And signed up with them in 2012. Even though their web site didn't exist yet. But I'm sure any of these ACTUAL authors will soon find out that this company is claiming their books have all been ghostwritten by "Prime Writing Hub" and will be in touch soon. ___ Adding that a half hour after I reached out to them and wrote this review they changed the web site and took down the falsely-claimed books. I'll give them two stars back - at least they tried to fix their VERY obvious goof.
