Really impressed with the process that they have in place for receiving the required information that is needed to complete the resume revisions. I received a complete resume overhaul and when I received the draft I was impressed with myself hahaha. That's a testament to Heather's work on my resume. The 1 on 1 discussion to go over the draft was truly a collaborative effort and I was extremely happy with the finished product.

To me, writing my own résumé was like cutting my own hair. You might think 'who knows your head…read morebetter than you?' but personally I find it comes out better if someone else with experience does it. Working with Madelyn and Nikki I encountered first-class people, top-drawer service, and a great outcome. My résumé got such a great makeover, I hardly recognized that it was me that it represented, it seemed like someone much more impressive. I was amazed that while the content was basically the same, the layout, and language was so much more eye-catching and compelling. Since I started using the revamped version, I've actually been getting more contacts, phone screens, and interviews. Coincidence? TBH I don't know but I'm glad I took the step to get help from Madelyn and Nikki. As others have said, there are lots of people offering to re-do your résumé and it's hard to know who to trust. I'm glad I went with these guys, however. They really get it, their creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm are hard to top.

I had a great experience working with AR Consulting. Nicole wrote me an amazing resume!…read more The very first job I applied for with my new resume was for a role at a large tech company. I met with Nicole to discuss my old resume and provide an overview of my professional experience. We also discussed what I was looking for in a new job. In my case, I was looking for a career change outside of my past experience in Marketing Operations roles. Nicole wrote my new resume to reflect how my experience in Marketing orgs can translate to other departments. I was contacted quickly for a phone screening with the recruiter. After interviewing with the team, I am pleased to say that I accepted the job. Additionally, just about every other job listing I applied to (~10) with my new resume has resulted in recruiters contacting me to discuss next steps. I know my experience plays a part in that, but I'm absolutely certain that the resume Nicole helped me update was also a critical component in assessing my candidacy. I plan to use AR Consulting again for help with updating my LinkedIn profile! They have a great menu of services that can be purchased a la carte or as a package. I highly recommend!
