I have done my own web design for a long time, so I know how much work this is and what skill it takes. A few years ago, I handed my web design over to someone who took forever, was incredibly expensive, and didn't finish. This time, a friend referred me to Abby. She took my brand and style guide, my requests, my photos, and put them together in a better way than I could have imagined. And I am so picky about how my brand is represented. She started with questionaries which were very helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted to say. We had phone conversations, tutorials and hands on meetings to work on my project. She also was extremely patient with me, for I am overly detailed and somewhat of a perfectionist. She is the third graphic designer I have hired and is by far the best.
