I met Diana. She told me to come back in 3 days because I recently shaved and the hair needed to grow up for a better, less painful wax. I came back three days later. I was nervous because I was told my multiple family members the waxing could hurt a lot because of my course hair. Diana was professional. We did 3 rounds of waxing and it was not as painful as I anticipated. She did such a good job. The hair is completely removed and before leaving she applied a transparent cream to sooth but honestly it was not painful after. Just a little red and mildly sore. I will be coming back again.
